      Placed order with Patriot Depot and they refuse to answer emails. They still have not provided the product that they collected money for. This is a horrible company.

      I placed an ordered on July 28, 2024 and have not received a status update. I have emailed the company for the 4th time today. I have not received a response as of 8/12/2024.

      I ordered $160.14 worth of merchandise on July 28, 2024.I received 1 item from my order. Since then I have emailed them 4 times, no response! I had gotten several phone numbers from the internet and none were a working number! I also received a Thank You email saying "they couldn't do it without me, what con me?

      Company refuses to answer emails and ******** messages for me and many other (read their advertising comments on face book) about delivery or anything else. You have to wonder it they are even real. Not one thing has been sent to me or an explanation of where my order is. No tracking numbers or anything.

      I ordered a DVD from this company on 1/11/2024. They claim to have **** business day (M-F excluding holidays) **** delivery. They have no phone number available for customer service, and tell you to e-mail them if you have any issues, but they just ignore e-mails and do not respond. It is now 2/10/2024, almost a full month since I placed my order and was charged for it, and I have received no DVD, and no further communication from this terrible company. I have also reached out to them on ********* Instagram, and ********** all with no reply.

      Purchased 5 ***** glass mugs on 12/17/2023.Shipping was to be 5-7 business days.did not ship after 7 days so contacted company via email as only option available. There is no phone number anywhere.website states time to reply to email is ***** hours. 6 emails have been sent with no reply.Disputed charges with credit card company.Now on 1/16/2024, item arrives in mail. Almost an entire month after order was placed. no customer service contacts were responded to. This is horrible business. If they would have replied to any of my various messages, I would have told them to cancel my order as this was a holiday gift and the holidays have long been over.

      12-15-23 placed order. Got a confirmation email. Money was taken out of my bank acct. Nothing more was heard from patriot depot. I kept emailing but no response.

      I purchased several items thru the website on 12/16/23 because it said it would be delivered by Christmas day. I've emailed the company 4 times and have had no response. I've attempted, but cannot find a "working" phone number anywhere. I guess I will have to see if my bank will work with me to get the money back. Don't do business with this company!!

      I bought an item on 12-13-2023 and have not recieved item or heard from company! I politely emailed them my concerns and no response recieved. I believe they are scammers!
