      DO NOT USE Installation Made Easy or Floor And Decor!!! The rating should be a negative number.

      We purchased our tile flooring thru floor and decor and Installation Made Easy was recommended for installation. I reached out to IME and was contacted by ****** from City ************** located in ***********. They installed over 1200 sq of tile in my home. These guy were not professional. Tile was not installed properly. Many tiles were chipped during install, different size grout lines, high and low tiles, most cuts were not precise. The grouting was poorly done, grout shoved into the corners and all over baseboards and walls and some areas were left ungrouted and they did not clean up anything. I reached to IME to address my installation concerns and was given a warranty # and was asked to send pictures which I did and the communication ended there. My email and voicemails with requests for callbacks have all gone unanswered. I am out of $12k with labor and materials!!! At this point I have to get a Lawyer resolve this matter.Buyer beware do your due diligence read the reviews DO NOT USE Installation Made Easy or Floor And Decor!!!

      IME (Installation Made Easy) is an oxymoron. We had contracted with IME as ****************** (*************) Preferred Installation Vendor. IME in turn sub contracted our floor installation to FNJ Flooring in ************ SC. FNJ first delayed the start of work by 2 days then showed up 6 hours late on day 3. Their "crew" included 2 non English speaking workers one of which incredibly was the job ******* and a 3rd member who barely spoke English as the interpreter. After wandering around our house for over an hour, they refused to start the project and left without lifting a finger. Even though the scope of contracted work was clearly specified in detail in writing. The Owner "****" of FNJ Flooring did not respond to my phone call or text messages for over 36 hours. When she did respond, she abandoned our project outright. I then contacted IME to get another installation company in asap and was told they had no one else in my area to do the work. To add insult to injury they stated my 50% advance deposit on the install would not be returned for at least 14 to 21 business days. Even though they took my deposit electronically within 30 minutes of me signing off on their agreement. THIS COMPANY AND ITS AFFILIATES ARE A TRAINWRECK ! BUYER BEWARE !

      Truly the worst experience I have ever had with a contractor. I cannot warn people enought about NOT using this company for your home. Dishonest, rude, and just plain lazy. I thought using this company because they worked with floor and decor would make the process easier, but it did the exact opposite. RUN

      Installations Made Easy is a ***************** They do not answer phone and do not respond after multiple email attempts documenting many issues during tile installation. I have tried escalating to their management multiple times with no response. Furniture couch legs that were broken at my house during tile installation. Thin set left to dry outside on my fancy garden curbing causing disfigurement. Furniture not moved as part of the deal in which $350 was paid for. They hire sub par contractors *********************** in ***** that *** use undocumented workers as they do not speak English.Beware, do not use Installations Made Easy through Floor and Decor and do not use ***********************.

      Maybe I am lucky but we had a terrific experience with our floor installation. The installer was top notch, on time, and meticulously clean and professional. Our project manager was communicative and on top of it. We went through ************* and that was a good move as well. The prices were competitive and we are extremely happy with the end result. Also, they never asked for the final payment until a week after completion asking only if we were happy and ready to start the warranty. That approach further enhances trust. Sorry to the folks that had a bad experience but I suspect that the happy customers dont take the time to leave reviews, so this is probably skewing things. Happy in ******* **

      I do not have any concerns with the installer personally. I do, however, take exception to Installation Made Easy's fundamental break-down in quality customer service and lack of accountability for the experience I have had with my shower door since my request for installation in late-December. Here is my grievance:The shower door was not originally installed to the manufacturer's specifications as documented in my screen shot (and shared with IME) from the shower door manufacturer. The shower door leaked water. When I called IME to follow-up they indicated they MUST have the original installer do the repairs. You can understand why I would not want the same installer to return to fix an issue. I asked for a different installer to correct the issue - IME stated that "by policy" they were not allowed to do that.The shower door is now permanently mounted into BRAND NEW tile walls and a *********** will require removing the shower, replacing shower tiles, THEN properly reinstalling the door.Unfortunately, the repairs have left us with a shower door that resembles modern art more than a functional fixture. The Installation Made Easy group seems to have misunderstood the concept of "easy" and left me with a $1,500 permanent reminder of your incompetence. Any suggestions on how to turn this disaster into a conversation piece? I look forward to being compensated by IME for the failure to deliver services as contracted and unwillingness to kindly respond to customer requests. Something tells me they won't be responding, simply based on their customer service track record. The ownership and employees of IME should be ashamed of the scheme they are complicit in.

      This outfit is completely horrible. I will never never never use them again. Got them through floor and decor. Tell the order imbecile 4 times they need to pick up materials before they show up. day of install 2 clowns show up at 10 am NO MATERIALS. DON ** SPEAK ONE SINGLE WORD OF ENGLISH....NO CLUE WHAT IS GOING ON. 3 hours later these tools return and it takes til 8 pm to install one room of flooring. NEVER USE THESE CLOWNS....NEVER.

      SHOULD BE -10! DO NOT WORK WITH THIS COMPANY! If you are ordering through a home improvement company like LOWES or ************* ASK PRIOR to signing anything who they contract through. If the name IME or if they say Insrallations Made Easy turn and walk away! They use deceptive practices and fraudulent statements against customers. I will say I have experience within the construction industry which helped with our defense against their claims.I honestly feel the ************************ of ******* should look into this company for fraud.I will say ***** has helped ** trying to resolve our issues; hopefully they will take all these complaints against this company to heart and realize that most people will relate this company with them. ***** should find another 3rd party who will represent them and there brand with integrity.
