  The products are great; however, the multiple "follow-up" phone calls are ridiculous. Framed as an effort to make sure I know how to use the products, they are nothing more than thinly veiled attempts to upsell me and pressure me into buying additional products. Products=Great. Aggressive sales staff=Unwelcome.

  Biocidr lab is a very legitimate and responsible company. They are knowledgeable about the mold problem and work with their customers and better still if something goes wrong, they will return and refund your funds.   I went directly to the company and saved 40% over Amazon. In spite of some negative reviews on Amazon, the product worked just as advertised. I suspect the problems listed on Amazon were due to third party vendors. Highly recommend this product and company. **********
