  After researching airborne mold treatments and reading tons of reviews and consumer recommendations, I landed on BioCide's website and then called their company. The staff really knows their stuff and they were super helpful with getting me what I needed to properly treat my very old, leaky building. Setup help was thorough and comprehensive. All of the steps were easy to follow. We had to treat a **** ** retail space, and they sent ** a "bunny suit", goggles, respirator, and gloves -- safety first. Suiting up was fun! Post treatment help was also great.I recommend that if you are treating a workplace, do so over a long weekend. I'm glad that I didnt feel rushed with staff returning to the building.The best part is that a few members of staff noticed immediately the difference and commented on how clean the air smells. So thats great mission accomplished.

  No problem talking to customer service, however, when I found the ad on ******** it was easy to assume 1 or 2 cans of fogger would take care of my apartment. When ordering I find out I need 9 cans. OK, I make that purchase but then I'm being told I also need the spray cleaner and a costly air scrubber. If I owned a home I would probably buy that too. It's probably a good deal for a mold remedy, I haven't done a lot of research on that. My problem with the product is about half of ************* malfunctioned. The replacement canisters they sent also malfunctioned. I think I got adequate coverage for my square footage but the process was inconvenient.

  Excellent and very kind/available-to-reach service. We tried other mold cleanout company; it was much more expensive, not guaranteed, and not effective. Biocide precisely knew the right air filter to get correct percentage of toxin out. AND the total cleanout kit cost was much more reasonable, which was very kind to help people in troubled situations!!! I am so thankful I happened to be out on the road and saw ahead of me...their truck with phone # on it.

  Biocide Labs were extremely helpful with all my questions whenever I called. I like to check and double check but ***** and crew were more than accommodating and pleasantly helpful. Definitely a buy again if ever I need it.

  I ordered online it was easy. I was surprised to receive a call from BIocide asking about my use of the mold bomb which was impressive. The gentleman asked about my project, and gave me some advice. I was using the bomb on a 2.5 ton central air conditioner for our condo. We had just had our air conditioner company clean the ducts a few days earlier, and they had an electric sprayer to spray an anti mold agent into our air condition intake, filter removed. I wanted the Biocide bomb to complement that service. The Biocide caller advised me to run the air conditioner fan with the bomb aimed into the intake for ***** minutes. I did so, then turned off the aircondiioner. (I set the bomb, and later turned off the fan, both times holding my breath; I took a deep breath of fresh air, held it in, and ran into the condo to turn off the air conditioner fan.) I have no indication how effective the biocide spray is, but between the duct cleaning and the Biocide spray, my nose is less stuffed. No regrets.

  During Hurricane ***, Cat 3 flood water entered my home. I called BioCide Labs and they told me exactly how to use their products to treat for Mold and Sanitize my home using the Bio Cide Liquid. I also have been running the Air-Safti Air Cleaner, which does a great job cleaning the air. Great Company, Knowledgeable Staff and Great products. I will always use BioCide Labs again if I ever have another flood. I highly recommend **************

  Great company, Great ********** worth product.Originally bought 2 mold bombs thinking that would do the job, but the Great customer service team calls me and asks for more information on the job that needs to be done. After explaining the product and crawlspace size, I bought 2 cases to truly engulf the space. After the first call, they gave me the number to their team that will walk me through the best way to set them off and it went exactly as planned. Great team again, you will not come across a team that is as nice and direct as this one.

  Amazing customer service! Professional, knowledgeable, and kind. Received info and direction from three different specialists who always responded quickly after I had mold in two different areas of my home. All of the foggers worked correctly, the directions were clear, and the safety suit was top notch! I am grateful.
