    I have been struggling recently with a bad mold issue that I thought I eliminated years ago. It returned. After a little research, I purchased a mold fogger from Biocide. **** from Biocide called me immediately after. He wanted to know what the issue was so they could recommend the proper solution. After explaining my situation to ****, he worked out a great deal - enough aerosol product to cover my house's square footage and the Biocide spray for flat surfaces. He gave me ******** number for the set up. Yeah- this company walks you through every step of the process. ****** is also a knowledgeable gentleman who explained set up, proper protective clothing, and cleanup. This company treats you like family - in a good way. Yeah, they're from *******; they are all super nice. I would highly recommend Biocide and DIY before an expensive mold remediation. I am very happy with the results thus far.

    The staff was very professional. The two day shipping was also helpful as I was dealing with some health issues and needed a quick resolve. The manager even said I could call him on a Saturday if I had any issues/questions!

    My experience with Biocide labs from order to application was great. They made the process simple and I felt confident and knowledgeable. They took the time to answer ALL of my questions through multiple phone calls so when it came time to implement the kit I ordered I felt ready. They even encouraged a follow up call after application to see how it all went. I feel confident their products did what I needed them to do and I would highly recommend Biocide Labs.
