  Wonderful technical advise from the staff at ******* and I saved a lot of money DIY with great products. Used them all safely and very happy with the results. No mold or mildew after.

  I have a mold infected apartment and was getting sick. Calling Biocide was the best choice I could have made. The inspector did a great job and found several toxic molds in my apartment. They gave me advice and emailed me a complete report of the mold spores in my apartment. After being sick for 3 months, it was a relief to finally know why I was so sick. Biocide has a help line giving me advice of how to clean everything I own and making it easier to clean all my household goods. Their report made it easy for my apartment lease to be broken and I can move out of an unhealthy atmosphere. They were very professional and quick to send my the report that helped me so much. I highly recommend Biocide for all your mold problems.

  Biocide Labs was wonderful to work with. We had a mold problem a couple of years ago and we purchased their products to kill the mold. They walked us through every bit of it and although time consuming it was easy to accomplish. I also purchased the Air-Safti air Scrubber. We had put it away while we were painting part of our house and forgot about it! My husband found it in our storage building but being 79 and him 87 we couldnt remember how to use it. So we called Biocide Labs (thank God I had put them in my phone contact list). They were very helpful. Everyone you speak to is very upbeat and knowledgable! They put us through to ****** who walked us through how to use it and we ordered more filters. They have greatly improved the Filters since I had originally purchased them. I only have to change them every 3 or 4 months. The machine is incredible. The air in our house is always fresh and crisp. Always smells great! Love my Air-Safti!!!

  I am a contractor here in **, traditionally I preform remediation using professional equipment.. this equipment is very expensive Biocide labs offers an alternative to the high priced equipment and process with their customized remediation kits.. They set my company up with an air scrubber and filters, a multi room fogger kit, PPE SAFETY equipment, and biocide 100.. The process of remediation is the same as a big tech company but not with their customized remediation big tech pricing. Most importantly, I spoke with a real person in *******! each time I called, and the offered set by step over the phone instructions For your next remediation situation, dont call serv pro or one of these other price gouging companys. Call Biocide labs!! Speak with ****** .. absolutely amazing .. humble and knowledgeable.. Thanks guys! Excellent product excellent results. The home is CLEAN smells clean!

  I bought the Biocide kit. It had all that I needed to do the job, with eye protection, respirator, gloves and full body hazmat suit. I received 24 biocide bombs with mats to set them on. Plenty of the liquid to wipe flat surfaces off with after the bombing. Also included was a dehumidifier and an air scrubber with extra filters. My end results justified the expenses. I had great customer service. Fortunately the procedure was explained to me before I received the kit. I had a good idea how to approach this project. I also purchased moisture meters that helped me pinpoint specific areas of concern and I bought Petri dish mold test kits as well. The Biocide products helped tremendously to clean the musty/moldy smell out of my house. I still had smell that lingered. With the help of a friend we determined it was old/used furniture that had particle board which held onto the smell. I parted with the furniture immediately. I live by the ocean with lots of moisture in the air. I emptied 3/4 of a gallon of water from the dehumidifier everyday. I am so grateful for the Biocide kit that helped me solve my problems without the greater expense of mold mediation and having my walls opened up. The meters only showed me one area of concerned under a bedroom window. I did open that up and set a bomb off there. There wasnt any visible moisture issue there. Because of other work I was having done I had 3 different contractors walk through my house and give their opinions. I retested with the Petri dish test. No mold or mildew was found after the Biocide treatment that I did. I am grateful. I will reorder products to use in my extended family house. It is nice to have peace of mind.

  Fantastic Solution to the Curse of Black Mold. Simple and effective. The team at Biocide are awesome from management all the way to the techs in the field. Phone calls were polite and courteous, explaining in easy to understand style. Safety is their strength, and I felt very valued as a customer.

  When we first thought we had fungus in the house, we called and we purchased all the necessary equipment to do the job. The new air scrubbers from Biocide Labs work great at keeping our air clean and fresh. The company backs up all their equipment and are helpful when needed.
