    From my first experience with biocide labs I found everyone to be helpful and knowledgeable about my specific issues and how their products worked as well as how they should be applied for all cleaning issues. Including mold and every house cleaning use from painted woodwork to grout in tile. Nothing comes close to the shear cleaning power of the liquid biocide! My next use for the liquid cleaner , this coming spring ,will be **** eradication on a roof . Stay tuned for the results on ****!

    Biocide Labs was a terrific company to work with, from my first contact in sales to the ******, in Tech Support.I have a car that I purchased used midsized SUV a few months ago. After having it for a few days we noticed a musty odor inside. After attempts to try to remove the oder I found Biocide Labs.They recommend three fogging units and a gallon of Biocide, Before I proceeded I called Tech Support and had a detailed discussion with ****** to formulate a process to eradicate the odor. This included removing the cabin filter, running the ventilation system for 2 hours after activating the fog units and them throughly wiping all the hard services and spraying and brushing all the carpet services.This was a success. The musty odor is gone. I fully recommend Biocide Labs if you have a mold or musty odor problem. They were informative in dealing with my problem and the products are very effective

    I recently called Biocide Labs to order more filters for my air scrubber and I was informed that the filters are different now. They come in one piece and are better - they have a MERV 13 rating. I mentioned during the phone conversation that my air scrubber's filter-receiving end does not have squared corners and it's been hard to insert the old cardboard filters. I wondered if I'd have trouble with the new, sturdier ones. I was promptly offered a replacement air scrubber, and instructed to send back the old one with the shipping label I'd receive in the box containing the new air scrubber. What service! I'm very grateful for Biocide's thoughtfulness and generosity! The new air scrubber works great!

    The team at Biocide labs was excellent! **** walked me through what I needed to do to get rid of the mold and was available throughout the process to answer my questions and concerns. When my air scrubber didnt work out of the box , ***** was quick to get a replacement shipped out. They followed up with me several times to make sure things were going smoothly. I couldnt be happier with their customer support!

    I was a little apprehensive about the bio wash detergent because of the instructions of soaking first. Since don't have a washer or dryer . But found a laundry mat with the top loading machine, I was able to soak for 20 minutes. I am totally impressed! Bio wash got all the mold spores out of my blankets and rest of my laundry! I haven't felt the fabric so clean for weeks now. No heavy residue like before. Bio wash is the real deal!!! It really works. I'm so happy. I Can't wait to do the forgers when they get here. ?????

    I read a lot of negative reviews. All that I can say is that I purchased and received six cans for my recently purchased abandoned cabin. I scrubbed all wall with vinegar in a steamer (to penetrate wood) and then bombed. That was in July 2021. I have had no black mold since????. They definitely told me that cabin needed to be empty. It contains seriously harmful (if swallowed) type of ingredients. I was extremely happy.
