I paid in full $3805.12 for a grill 3 years ago and as of July 3 2025 I haven't received ANYTHING...I'd like either my money or my product this is very unacceptable as I paid ahead and was given false promises of delivery....Initial Complaint

I purchased a grill from a grillz by Scotty pop up shop at an ****** event in February. February 23 was the date of purchase. At the event she said that the maximum time it would take to get them back is a month. I looked on the website and it clearly states the same. It is now May and they have not finished it. Ive called, visited the store, sent emails and they still have not completed the grill. It was about $350. They told me that I should expedite it last week but that doesnt make sense. Its already past my date of MAXIMUM expected completion. They keep telling me to continue calling and coming to the shop but they seem to be wasting my time. However, this is not technically a resolution for the request. The request was for a finished product and delivery.
I will only accept when the process is completed, specifically on the day that the grill is in-hand, as noted previously.

I am rejecting this response because:I request that I only receive responses when the item is complete. They are regurgitating promises from their site that they clearly do not maintain. It is June. I ordered this in February. Please do not respond unless it is a confirmation of a completed grill that is ready for pick-up.

I placed an order for a grill. Ive asked several times via email and constant messages about getting merchandise. Also requested refund and was denied. Til this day there has been no merchandise received nor any refunds of payment. This was done last April 2024 and its April 2025 now. I keep reaching out on emails and social media and no resolution. ************** page keeps posting videos and pictures of work that it is doing for others and has yet to full-fill my obligations after receiving full payment. This has been poor customer service and is showing all indications of potential scam. Purchased jewelry from, ****** ******** at Grillz by Scotty, in December 2024, but I have not received the product to date. Despite multiple attempts to resolve the matter, you have failed to deliver the jewelry or provide a refund. This constitutes a breach of contract and may also qualify as fraud and a violation of consumer protection laws if you never intended to fulfill the order. I began this ridiculous transaction in February 2024. Paid the $100 deposit via ***** pay and the balance of $573.91 on March ******* via Zelle to ***** ****** and I have yet to receive the product I paid for! Looks like Ive joined the long list of others who were scammed as well. It makes sense now that they only use payment platforms that wont allow you to dispute your transactions. Ive sent email after email over the last year asking the status fulfillment. It would take days for a response. All cookie cutter lies to give me hope. This is truly disgraceful and disheartening. They consistently run sales to try and attract more business via email anD IG all the while STEALING from customers. All the emails are lies that the order is being processed, at the warehouse, most recently theyre having production issues. These are all lies. The employees should be ashamed of themselves for going along with this theft ring. Its human decency! Date of transaction: April 6th, 2024 Order #: 9136 I completed my purchase of my Grillz on 4/6/2024, where merchant promised a 30 day turn around time. It is now February 2025, 10 months have passed and the merchant is unwilling/unable to give me a timeline on when my order can be delivered AND is unwilling to process a refund. In November 2023, I finished my payments to Grillz by Scotty, LLC for a 8 open face bottoms grill (10 carat white gold). I moved to a new apartment in December and I lost my mold kit, so they sent me another one. I mailed the completed mold in late February and confirmed they received via email. Grillz by Scotty has a 30 day business policy for customers to receive their order back. However, its January 2025 and I havent received my order! I have several emails from them saying that theyre working on my order, saying it will be ready by dates they continuously push back. I just want my money back at this point.Initial Complaint

It has been 5 months since purchase, and I have yet to receive the item that I ordered from Grillz by Scotty which has included poor communication from the company. On June 19th 2024, I made contact with Grillz By Scotty at an event in *********** where I did the grill molding and purchase. I was promised a 30-day return of my purchase. On August 15th, 2024, I was informed that the company was robbed, which included the grill that I ordered (ironically, similar to other complaints). Since then, I have tried to communicate and schedule pick-up, but this has led to a lack of contact by the company. Any other correspondence from the company, included boiler-plate messages have been sent stating the order is ready for pick up which contradicts messages that state the item has been shipped but tracking information hasn't been available since October 16th, supposedly. Since their refund policy states refunds are not provided and their shipping policy says it takes 7-14 business days for non-customized grills (supposedly this has already been shipped since they are waiting on tracking information -- which only takes ***** hours from ANY reputable shipping carrier e.g. ****** ****, **** ***). It is a shame that there are over 106 complaints for this company in which some complaints noted the loss of thousands of dollars and several months to over a year of displeased service. At this point, I am prepared to take legal action b/c several hundred disgruntled customers should NOT be having the same problems for almost 2 years after the business claimed to have fixed their issues, caught up on orders, and shipped out overdue/damaged products.Initial Complaint

On or around June 16, 2024, I ordered and paid for a product from Grillz by Scotty. Despite multiple attempts to contact the company and a visit to their LA location, I have not received the product. When I visited the business in September, it was closed. I then started reaching out via email and text for an update and a refund, but received no response. Eventually, I did hear back and was told a package would be sent. However, when I received the package, it contained only a mold kit, with no explanation or update regarding the product I originally ordered. I paid in full ($1,176.11 to be exact) for a grill on May 20th 2024 at the ******** location. $300 deposit, $487 was paid via cash app and the rest in cash. The guy who did the molding and took my payment told me that it was a 30 day turn around. July came around and there was no update on when I would receive my product. I physically went to the location to get an update since text messages and calls. Were not being answered. The girl who I dealt with who was an employee informed me that Scotty was in an accident and my grill was in progress at the warehouse. This is so hard to believe because it does not take five months for a piece of goal to be made. As of today I reached out again inquiring about my order and I am getting the same response. What is your name? What is your email. At this point this was a fraudulent transaction and I have requested on numerous occasions to get my money back. I still have no answer.
