    I ordered my two 14 k fangs in May it's Goin on September I still have received or heard anything but 2 text that said the same thing can I get my merchandise or my money back I feel like yall scammed me and some others

    In October of 2021 and I paid for my grillz that have the diamonds in them and I gave them $1200.00 up front. I never received them, I have contacted them monthly and the women I spoke to had continue to tell me that they sent out for it and that someone would contact me in 24 hours, which never happened. Then she told me that they couldn't find the payment to about my grillz, so they would credit my account for $2000.00. Then in May of 2022, she told me that they would not give me back my money and that they would credit my account which never happened. I called two weeks ago, letting her know that I will get my lawyer, and she responded to me too soon later and said that she would accredited ***** to my account and that didn't happen either. I still have not received my grillz or got my credit.

    My boyfriend and I visited ATL back in May and we went to Grillz by Scotty and purchased 2 grillz May 21st, 2022. We were told **** business days. I figured it would take a little longer because we agreed to have them shipped as we lived out of state. It's *********** haven't received anything! After the 1st 3 or 4 weeks we were told there was an issue at the warehouse and they would contact us with an update. They updated us TWICE with the same story and even further dates. For instance I contacted the store June 17th and they said they would send a photo of our finished product and be mailed out by mid-July. I understand being at the mercy of other circumstances but now my problem is I can't even get a response from the store and I've been calling for days! I even took time to email their customer service but still no response. The customer service in the store was great while we were being fitted but I need that to reflect when it comes to getting the product to paying customers.Our order numbers are **** & ****. I currently still have all the the documentation from when we purchased our items IN FULL!

    Due to the warehouse fire a lot of orders experienced a significant delay, then with world wide supply chain shortages, an even bigger delay was experienced. All orders are in process and will be completed.
