I have been waiting for my order since November. I was told it should take about 31 business days, its been 5 month now. Every email is the same thing. I have over 20 emails, with them singing the same song. About an our ago I sent another email with my concerns about how its been five months and how I was not told it would take this long, and I got an email back saying that email address is no longer found very disappointed. This business is terrible! So much for wanting to support black folks. I have been waiting for my order for 8 months now. Ive gotten messages that my order was ready but when I go in theres no order. One time I was told there was a fire in their warehouse. Its always an excuse and never any real solutions. I have asked for a refund but told they dont refund. *** connected with ******* by social media and he says he will contact me and never does. Im sorry but this is a terrible business and I will NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE. I just want my money back!Grillz By Scotty, LLC

Whoever leaves them 5 star reviews on ****** or in here is also apart of the scam.My husband purchased his grills in July as he wanted to receive them by his birthday in August. Boy was that a big mistake. It is November and he still doesn't have his grillz. They send you fake text messages about how they are working to get your order out and keep promising that it will be ready with the next batch. I've read in some of the replies that they were working due to supply chain shortages...I don't believe that to be true. They make sure to keep up with their celebrity clientele but it's a big F U to people who are spending their hard earned money to support a black business. They delete social media comments and flood them with great comments from staff...just like with the fake 5 star reviews. I wish we would have read the review before throwing away over 5 hundred dollars to this fraud. And when u request a refund, they say they can't offer one but can provide other types of compensation. The only compensation that I would want it either a refund or the grill that was paid for. Merchandise will not cut it!!!!Grillz By Scotty, LLC

This business is REVOKED for a reason. If you came here, youre probably too late, this place is a SCAM a true bait and switch operation. The marketing is amazing but once they get your money, you will wait at least 4 months (they told me two weeks) for your product. If they tell you your batch will be here next week they are going to ride on that for the next **** weeks, all while simultaneously advertising seasonal sales to generate more business from potential customers. I would suggest going to the mall and get a Grill, this business lacks professionalism (just give them a call and listen to the ring back tone) this place is the city slickers of *******, dont let them hustle you. #exusesbyScottyGrillz By Scotty, LLC

Do Not Spend your money here. $1600 wasted in my Episode of Scammed by Scotty. They finessed me for months before I reported my purchase as fraud through my card company. Do not waste your time and energy here. Do not listen to their lies. Do not let them disrespect you and block your number, send you fake tracking numbers from the postal services. Do not let them insult you with cheap photo shoots or tshirts. Do not let them practice their routine scammers drill on you with different employees. Just Do Not Go Here. They probably have cameras up to laugh and record you. Charged it to the game because its not everyday I give up this much money freely. it was a nice con I really give it up to candy, scotty schooling sis right. Ive been waiting since January for my grill 9 months when I was told 10 days. Trying to get a straight answer out of them is like pulling teeth, their still working in it, their warehouse burned down, then they lost it. I was offered to be remolded an theyd send me a mold kit which I NEVER got. I ordered my grill in ******* in May of 2022 and I still have not received my grill at the time of this review. 4 months with no grill and no timeline for when I will receive a grill that has been already paid for. The associates in ******* keep saying they have no idea why I can't get my grill. No one is accountable yet they took my whole payment after assuring me that my grill was processed and ready. Poor customer service. I ordered a grill at the beginning of June 2022 and was informed that the grill would be ready in about two weeks. It is September and I still do not have the grill that I paid $800 for. I received a text from "customer service" saying my grill would be ready in August. That date has passed and I still do not have the grill. I randomly received a text in mid-August stating someone from customer service would reach out to me. To date, no one has called or texted. I have called their customer service number multiple times and sent multiple texts and I have not received a response on the status of my order.
