      A month in a half from today I attempted to turn on my *** that I had purchased from farmer home furniture it would not turn on I contacted them and the store manager Tori told me to bring it in so it could be sent off to be inspected I did not here anything until I call today & he was not man. Enough to tell us himself, preston said that the *** was infested with bugs And they would not touch it and he said because of that the warranty was no longer valid I don’t believe he sent it anywhere because if he did we should have heard something before now he thinks he is slick and has a bad attitude and if he thinks you are mad or upset with him for him pulling something he makes sure to avoid you as much as possible please do something about him because it is wrong to sell a product With a warranty and not honor it And because of him, I have to try to come up with another *********** five for my son who is a longtime *********** fan and gamer This is a serious issue and inconvenience

      Will never use them again. Made a payment and they put our money on someone else's account. Then called us over and over. My fiancee had been in the hospital from having a stroke. They expected me to bring him to the store on a day that was pouring down rain. The next day, Friday he had a doctor's appointment and I fell thru our porch. But got him to his appointment on time. After I went to their store to show them proof it was paid. I could barely walk. They have NO compassion when I needed to let the trailer go back to them. We have bought 5 major appliances with them. Do not understand why they won't come get it., without it ruining his credit. No compassion for us at all. I can't use the trailer and he is blind now. Awful service

      Farmers Home Furniture is engaged in fraudulent misrepresentation. They are not informing their customers that the contracts are used as instruments presented for payment to ***** ***** Bank which is stated on their standard contract. The business practices do not align with good faith because you do not disclose to your customers that you are passing the liability to them. Based on the reviews you have been committing fraud quite frequently and I do hope something is done.

      A bunch of liars ?? doesn't stand behind their warranty.. Love seat broken after a month will not repair. Called twice and have got the run around. Never buy anything from these crooks! Will be talking with my attorney and filing a lawsuit against them. I got plenty of money to fight them IDC!!!!

      Service is horrible. Purchase a sectional that had to be replaced twice. The second time the sectional was going to be fix the guy that came said he needed to order a part and said he’ll be back. A mouth pass and I called the store for an update and they informed me that he filed that the sectional was fixed. I sent the manager pictures of the broken sectional twice because he told me the first set of pictures were not accurate for him to file a claim. After two months of paying on a broken sectional the manager is still telling me that its on back order.

      The store on ****** ****** has management that does not uphold to their word. On yesterday, I spoke with Manager "Luis" about returning my purchases. I.e. washer and dryer plus microwave. That we could sign a new contract solely for a window AC unit. Mr. Luis agreed and stated he would have new contract ready when I arrive. Upon my arrival time 10am, Luis informed his worker, that I needed to wait 30-40 minutes. Knowing that I had to be to work in another city at 11am. So, I returned the microwave with front area associates and took photos as proof. Mr. Luis then told his associate to let me know, someone will be out Saturday to pick up washer and dryer. I am still highly disappointed in the actions of this manager. Several untruths were given and my time was not considered or a concern for them. I have photos of all items and am writing this as a basis to make sure no illegal action will be taken due to dissatisfaction.

      Store made a $100 mistake on their end w my payment. I called to alert them & correct by paying a few days later. Told I would again have to pay a fee to pay over the phone. I decided to mail a check. These people have called me NONSTOP since then (2 weeks), harassing me over their mistake. Saleswoman called repeatedly from her personal cell bc I blocked store #. Called my job multiple times in one day despite my telling her I would handle after work at 6. they close at 6, no one there to answer my call. Today she called again and threatened me that her manager was otw to my job to "collect payment" so i better pay her now. I told her I dared him. She retracted stating if I didn't pay now, he would then be otw. I demanded to speak to him. He said he would never show up for a late payment "this early". Are they insane?? Their mistake & they threaten me? I told them to come get their stuff immediately. He backpeddled and said I could mail a check. Who the world is this loan shark company??? I wish they would show up at my home or my office. That would be a bad day for everyone. DO NOT DO BUSINESS with Farmer's Furniture in Newberry or elsewhere. WOW.

      Would not recommend. This is a horrible place of business, the ladies in the office have very very bad attitudes. They will call the police on you just to get a payment. They harass you constantly, and if they mess something up they swear up and down it's nothing they can do about it. They report your payments late when they are actually on time. It is impossible to talk with the correct person in the corporate office, they never answer the phone. Please avoid farmers home furniture, it's not worth the stress they will give you. The only reason this review got 1 star is because I could not go any lower. I regret ever going to farmers furniture for business. I was 2 months late and the lady in the office called the police on me, when no legal action is supposed to take place until 6 months. And when I got fed up and tried to do a voluntary send back, they say they don't do that.

      Highly predatory and fraudulent business practices, they prey on fixed income individuals, they claim they are flexible with payments, but what they actually do is charge late fees and do not tell you, if you ask if you have late fees they will say no, however , what they do is charge a late fee then put it on the back end of the loan, they have scammed hundreds in fees from us, and thier corporate office doesn't care, the manager on site calls and harasses you over making a payment, and if you ask if you are late they change the subject or do not answer, horrible business practices, Highly recommended you avoid, on a separate note, their furniture is very dangerous, the couches are assembled with shipping crate staples, they come apart and can stab you unexpectedly, very dangerous.

      This is my second set of furniture from them. The first set I paid within 90 days. I am having some issues making my payment I called and spoke to them. They said $70 a month I sent it in they are not accepting it. But they call 3 - 4 times a day to disrespect me on the phone. If I had realized there reviews were so terrible I would never go to them.
