      I bought a couch and recliner from the Lafayette Ga location. There was damage to the couch when it arrived and I had to be almost ugly to get another one. I paid over 900..00 for the couch and they wanted to come to my home to reupholster!!! Do the work in my living room!!! I insisted on another couch... they finally agreed..delivered..and it was not scotchgarded as I paid for...I just let it go because they are exhausting to deal with. I also bought a 600.00 recliner at the same time...about 6 months ago....it is broken and I just chalk it up to an 1800.00 loss. They are not customer friendly to say the least. THERE MERCHANDISE IS VERY CHEAPLY CONSTRUCTED and very expensive. I would recommend NEVER purchase from them

      Stop harassing me leaving me 5 to 6 voice-mail a week I dnt have any furniture from ur company just because someone put my name dwn as a contact u dnt need to continually call me I can't even get voice-mail from other cause yall full my box up daily I would NEVER get any furniture from ur company cause yal are harassing me at this point so plz stop calling me nd find another wat to get in contact wit the person u need to talk to

      I purchased a refrigerator in June 2022. When the refrigerator was delivered the delivery guys had difficulties bringing the refrigerator through the door and during the process the refrigerator got scratched up in the door frame. After trying for a while, the delivery guys decided that they had to disassemble the refrigerator by taking the doors and handles off to get it to fit through the door. My husband was home during the time of the delivery and the delivery guys asked him if he had any tools. My husband was nice enough to let him borrow his toolkit. While the delivery guys were trying to set up the refrigerator the water line that was supposed to be connected to the new refrigerator's ice maker broke; which caused our entire kitchen, sunroom, laundry room, and part of our dinning room to flood. My husband had to go outside to turn off the main water shut off valve. The next day I had to call a personal repairman to connect the water valve to our new refrigerator's ice maker. A week after the delivery, the refrigerator door handle came off. From June 2022-Dec. 2023, the freezer door handle has come off 4 times. When I called the store manager, Mr. David, he told me that it was no big deal and that my issue wasn't a serious issue. I informed him that I have a 1 year old that just started walking and she could get cut on her head or neck due to the sharp metal handle constantly hanging off. My husband, son, or I could also get cut on our leg due to the metal handle. For 6 months Mr. David ignored my concern about the freezer handle until I refused to make a payment. He sent a repairman to my house to fix it again, but it still keeps falling off. I’m not sure if the repairman is using the wrong screws or maybe the refrigerator has a defect since it was scratched and damaged during delivery. I have requested they pick it, but recently the manager has threatened to sue me for the damaged and potentially dangerous refrigerator.

      Absolutely terrible service delivering used items as new and selling flimsy items and then acting like it’s the manufacturers fault. I will be taking my matter corporate off the feeling of discrimination alone but also the lack of customer service is horrible . Do better . It’s not even the sales rep it’s the leadership and Melissa should feel ashamed about that because she’s stopping the reps from getting the commission they deserve.

      I went into the store to tell them that I was having financial problems and the manager of the store suggested that I go make a police report saying that my stuff got stolen so my stuff could get paid for. I also told my lawyer about this and he informed me that they were trying to make me Commit a felony when they can’t even do anything as far as put me in jail, put warrant out for my wrist or show up on a property that doesn’t belong to them and they have no permission to get there so I suggest nobody will go to this place cause they are nothing but scammers And they try to get other people in trouble

      I had a promise to pay for today and becuase I was working and couldn't answer the phone they had someone show up and made my daughter terrified. I said when at work I can not answer he said well if you had answered we could of just moved it. No where do they understand how people having to work and not allowed to set on thier phone at a desk works. Like you need to respect customers or you wouldn't even have a job. They are unprofessional and the guy that answered when I got off sounded drunk when I called. They also do not document when they talk to you I keep getting calls about promise to pay when I had already talked to someone multiple times and didn't document what we discussed!

      I have an account with FARMERS FURNITURE located in Alabama, of which I am behind by $**. Although I am late on my payment, I was disappointed and very upset that through a group text message on Saturday, October 28, 2023, my personal phone number was shared with nine (9) other customers who are also in the same situation. I believe that this is a gross misrepresentation of how a business should represent themselves and it's a huge mistake on their part to share my personal information with ANYONE that did not give them permission to share it with.
      Additionally, I have been receiving 2-3 phone calls per day along with emails and letters in the mail regarding the same situation. As a person with bipolar (anxiety and depression) issues, I am very frustrated that I am getting this many calls, emails and letters regarding the same account. One person even came to my door this summer to collect $100 in cash! I do not know if their intent is to shame us into paying our outstanding bills, but it definitely is embarrassing and borderline harassment to shame us into doing so.

      had given them a 5 star review in May but changed it to a two star after today's encounter with Katie. We have been loyal customers for almost a year and never late on our payments. We purchased 3 things from them and today I called about adding something and spoke to Katie. She called back and stated they had to run our credit and it was bad. I said it was that way last year and Jeff approved us and she said I don't know how. She said she would speak to Jeff and call back but never did
