      They called one of my references 4 times in one day for a payment that wasn't even a month behind and they call me every day and leave voice messages daily as if I'm behind a month or more. This location is in Monroe, Georgia. They will harass you to no end and they need to be stopped because it has become very stressful for me especially being an Army war veteran.

      Products are of very poor quality. Furniture falling apart not even a year after purchase. They call multiple times daily seeking payment. Im not paying for junk.

      Reported negatively to my credit after payoff. Also sold to the mentally disabled, who were incapable of managing basic life skills, much less bills, then not allowing return because of special circumstances. Sold one a lawn mower (not sure why the item was being sold there to begin with) that was missing a battery and has faulty sensors, which the staff refused to unterstand/accommodate.

      I purchased a couch and a chair from Farmers Home Furniture back in August. Soon after that, I ran into financial hardship which prevented me from being able to make any payments. I told them several times to come and pick up the furniture because I was not able to make payments. I was told that because I have a contract with them that they could not pick up the furniture. Even after, I got laid off from my job in December, I was able to make a payment with my final paycheck and told them that I had been laid off. Unfortunately, I have not been able to find a job. They have had plenty of time to pick up the furniture as I requested them to, but they have not. I just got a summons to small claims court by Farmers Home Furniture for this, AFTER I had already told them several times to come and pick up the furniture. Why would I want to keep furniture that I cannot pay for? I have no problems with sitting on the floor until I get some furniture that I don't have to make payments on!!! I will never rent from them again!!!

      We brought are mattress from there and we told the manager that we ask the manager would it be a problem putting it out a little bit because are house was being painted and they said it would not be a problem and if we needed more time its ok just call them
      Well thats what we did
      But it seem to be a problem with the manager so they did it for a little bit and so when they delivered them the mattress was dirty and then they tired to cover it with a lot of plastic we went to talk to the manager and there nothing they can do his excuse was it was sitting in the warehouse if it would have had plastic on it it would have not got that dirty you pay good money for a dirty mattress will not shop there ever again and I will tell my friends how disappointed I am with this purchase

      If there was such a thing as negative stars, this business would get 5 of them from me! My girlfriend bought a washing machine and freezer from them on payments. The washer died before the first payment was due! They did replace that machine and deferred the payment for a month but before that payment came due the washer was malfunctioning (washer #2 from these people) so she called them and told them that she would continue the freezer payment but the washer had to go. They said they could not separate the bill, they never came to get the washer, and after 3 months of no pay on the washer but payments on the freezer, they took out magistrate papers and we ended up paying the account off ($1800.00) just to get rid of them Stay away from this business unless you want to pay for broke down merchandise!!! (It sucks that I have to give them even 1 positive star just to get this review out)

      I purchased a bedroom suite and mattress and boxspring in December 2021 from the Farmers Home Furniture in Rocky Mount, NC. They had no delivery personnel so I had to arrange to get the furniture to my home. Within six months, the mattress developed a sunk in it. I contacted the local store and the manager told me I was supposed to turn the mattress every so often. While I understood her logic, I do not believe the mattress should have developed the sunk. It is uncomfortable and painful to my back. The manager asked me to send pictures of the mattress along with the law tag that's on the mattress. I did that and have not heard back from her. I contacted the corporate office last week and the person I spoke with said she'd contact the local store and would get back with me and I haven't heard anything back. I left a voicemail with the regional manager and hope to hear back from him. I'm done with Farmers Home Furniture. I just want to replace the mattress. That's all.

      We ordered a adjustable bed frame and mattress. Delivery men brought out new mattress a couple weeks or so ago and put the mattress on the bed but didn’t put the frame on because they were mainly worried about getting off work for the day. They came today to put the frame on and told me I would have to move the mattress myself and I can’t do that with a bad back!!! They were just lazy and didn’t want to do anything to start with!!!! Making a paycheck for nothing!!!!

      I will never buy from them again. They have terrible delivery service. They told me they would be at my house with a bedroom suite in the morning and at 6:15pm they're still not here. My house is torn apart, I have nowhere to sleep. This is awful. Terrible, terrible! I will never buy from them again!

      They delievered furniture out torn up. Sent a repair man out seen it was torn up . Call about a payment but dont fix the issue. I didn’t get the right bed or box spring I had ordered. They said they want pay first.
