    I purchased a desk from this company via ******* it has a slide out keyboard tray which has fallen apart and continually falls on my feet. I have been cut many times. All I want is to purchase the parts for the slide out keyboard. I am happy to pay for them. I just do not want to have to purchase a whole new ******** I have to have the keyboard on my desk and it is causing me neck, shoulder and back problems. I would really like to be able to purchase the new parts. This company says they cannot get them.

    Spent over 100$ on two items from this place. The glass tempered table came spider webbed, the coffee table that lifts up came up with factory drill holes drilled on the show side. Table was 100 pounds. Furniture 97 pounds. I was forced to return these by my self, and since then this company for months says "we will apply the refund later on"This dates back to July. They refuse to refund me even with the product, until I cancel the refund process and remove my review.

    I purchased 2 mattresses in February 2024. After a month the room started smelling like old food. I thought someone had food and kept vacuuming and spraying the house. But the smell kept getting worse. So last night my daughter found little tiny white bugs slithering around on her blankets. We took the sheets off washed them. Then my husband picked up the their beds off of the frame and the bottom was grey. He unzipped the mattress protector to find a large batch of mold on the bottom. I went back to read reviews and discovered this is a common thing for this mattress and company. I tried to get help from ******* customer support they told me that they couldnt help. I asked for a supervisor and they disconnected the chat. Very rude. I was referred form ******* to Factory Direct Wholesale who sells the mattress through *******s website.

    My mattress smelled so foul of a strong chemical smell I had to put it outside. I couldnt even sleep in my room.

    On 3/15/24 I purchased an item that claimed delivery on 3/20. On 3/20 I contacted the seller and was told the item would be delivered on 3/25. On 3/25 I was told the item would be delivered on 3/29. This seller advertises delivery dates that seem to be arbitrary dates. Factory Direct Wholesalers LLC did provide a partial refund with a delivery date of 3/25 and then failed to deliver the product by that date as well after already failing to deliver the item by 3/20.

    I ordered a dog stroller and never even showed up. The company said that it was lost in transit but I need the stroller. I have been very understanding but it is unfair for this company that it gets away with it. All I want is my stroller and that is what I want. I would love for the company to ****** the item

    I purchased a desk chair 3 months ago, my husband leaned back on the chair today and it BROKE and he fell and hurt his back

    I ordered three salon chairs on Amazon. All three of them have now broken. The hydraulic doesnt hold air, so it doesnt stay pumped up. They obviously all broke at different times. I got ahold of the warranty company and they said Amazon held the warranty, not them. Amazon only had a 30 day warranty and said this company held the warranty. So, no one knew what they were talking about and no one helped me. So, now I have three chairs that dont pump up.

    Since the use of the mattress, I wake up with pains and aches all over. Also it's very uncomfortable. I tried reaching out to customer service and officer supervisor ******** shouted at me in a unprofessional way.
