    Do not work or spend your money here. They treat their good employees like c*** while worshiping ones that aren't any good. This place shows favoritism. They will have you arrested over a misunderstanding without talking to you or looking for a solution first. Someone I know worked at the ********* location & was fired & arrested over a MISUNDERSTANDING- WITHOUT COMMUNICATION (***) and had been there for almost 6 years! It's sad a company treats their employees this way, he would go in early, get all of his work done, help others and work on Sundays last minute. All while you have other doing illegal drugs outside, ETC! Shame on y'all! Don't spend your money on this place!

    I bought an expensive gaming chair from this company as a Christmas gift, however I bought it in September, so it wasnt opened obviously til Christmas. Once my daughter opened it, we realized that none of the screws or caps were in the box to actually assemble the chair. Once contacting the company we were told it wasnt their problem because it was past the 90 days so they couldnt send the screws to assemble it! We didnt ask for an exchange or refund, just the parts that should have been included! Will never buy from here again.

    I bought a Hairdressing styling chair from Amazon. This company sent me no screws at all. I can not put this together. This is so unfortunate. Im trying to better myself and really didnt have the money to buy the chair. I finally order it and this happens. Now im stuck on the phone looking for help. The company is Factory Direct wholesale.

    I brought this Best massage Executive chair with Lumbar support swivel order it throw ******* on Jan 5 **** . When I received it it was missing a wheel for the chair . I callednumber kept me on hold everytime I call this is not how do I get the wheel if they do not answer this not good for business thank you my name is ********************* my

    Purchased a gaming chair from a 3rd party seller off Amazon. The chair was missing 2 parts. In the box a paper with the satisfaction guaranteed warranty. I contacted the number and emailed. What a run around. The call taker refused to believe me about the warranty saying we dont leave warranty papers in boxes . I sent her a screen shot in the email and phone number that was printed right there on the warranty and she still didn't believe me. It was an all day cluster bomb with these people. Amazon was not much help either as they kept blowing me off all day. So the gaming chair is now on its way back to the **** it came from . And I'm not through with Amazon.

    This seller puts items for bid on **** and when you win they charge you right away and then cancel the order and repost it. Happened to me twice. Money has been credited back, but prevents me from getting what I am intending to buy. Bad seller, would not recommend.

    Terrible company as far as I can tell. Ordered a shelving system back around August 10th 2023 through Amazon. Two day delivery. Two weeks later it said the product was shipped. Order never arrived despite the tracking information reporting the item had been shipped. I delayed my vacation by one day to be here for the delivery. It never arrived!Fast forward: reordered the same product August 27th. Two day shipping. It is now September 8th and the item was supposed to arrive tonight by 8:00 p.m. No delivery again despite the tracking information assuring me the item was shipped. If they can't supply the item they need to tell the customer so the customer can find the product elsewhere.

    I have had the same experience as ************ ******************* One star because you have to give at least one. I bought a product from Amazon which arrived with missing parts. I called immediately and was told theyd be sent. Two weeks later I emailed and got the same assurances, plusno reason to worry about the Amazon deadline; two weeks later the same thing. Finally after my last email, I was told they didnt have the parts, theyd send me $20 to cover them but if I wanted a full refund ($106) Id need to back the item. Its big, heavy and I no longer have the box (I stupidly believed them). Theyre still selling the item on Amazon - I suggested that me send me a complete one and I could then use the packaging to return the original. Or they could simply take the missing parts from one they have in stock. No, they wont.But in addition I was told if I wanted to stay with my order I would get the $20 gift card. I took it and I followed up with them this morning. Then they tell me to wait 5-6 business days for a tracking number. I have kept getting the brush off. I also read that Amazon does not back its 3rd party Sellers. Boy has Amazon changed. Way too many sellers to steal and s**** you.
