    I keep getting unsolicited emails saying they are Life Lock from ******, showing I owe $452.25 that is being taken from my credit/debit card. They give the number in the Contact Information on this page to call but has (888} as the area code. I have not purchased this or requested it.

    They sent me an official looking email from ****** saying thank you for your order of $452.25 for a year. I never ordered ****** and I doubt they charge that much. And, of coursr they give you this phone number if you want to question it. Frud needs to check this company out.

    Sent me various stool with w stripped out screws in bottom of 1 of the chairs Ridiculous can't get anything good anymore without having to send back and pay shipping to do so

    It is impossible to give this company a zero. They don't even deserve 1 star. I bought 2 Zero Gravity massage chairs, 1 for my wife and one for myself since we both have back problems. The chairs came and because we were doing a little bit of work to the house I only opened up 1 chair. The lower back stopped working in 2 weeks. I went online to troubleshoot and see if it was something that I needed to do to correct the problem. When I called the young lady who I spoke to was great. She did everything right. She told me that she would send me a return label to swap out the malfunctioning chair. While looking at the video of the features online my wife pointed out that the video showed 2 features that this chair didn't have. I called to inquire about the features that the chairs were missing. She offered me a discount for the chair to keep the chairs. This young lady that I spoke to was ok. But when I asked for the supervisor everything went wrong. First they hung up on me. I waited for about 20 minutes because she had my account pulled up, and I figured that someone would call me back. No call, so I called back and got the same young lady who then transferred me to the supervisor. This supervisor does NOT need to work for ANYONE'S customer service department. She was rude, disrespectful, and treated me like she was doing me a favor by talking to me. While trying to explain the situation, she immediately cut me off and asked if I was talking about the video. She told me that the video was wrong - I got what I paid for. And offered me a refund after I explained that I didn't want a refund. I wanted the chairs that does what they advertised, she told me that was not an option. I requested to speak to a manager. She replied there is no one else that takes phone calls. She was it and asked if there was anything else that she do for me and have a nice day and hung up. After 20 years in customer service, she was the ABSOLUTE worse. Waiting on Amazon to get resolved.

    Have contacted them by 3 calls and 4 emails to no avail. Ordered massage chair thru ***-s Club; received 10 days later in 3 boxes to assemble . Remote control was the wrong kind. Told by ***'s Club to call them direct that all they could do was give me $100 credit or I could return the item. Factory Direct has told me 3 times give them ***** hrs to address the issue. It's been a full week!! They give no priority to customers who receive bad item; continually say parts are delayed.

    I had an issue with a third support needed for an awning I had purchased and contacted the company to request this part. Unfortunately, they have no way of providing this individual part and shipped me an entire new awning at no cost! Now, I felt terrible that this was the only solution. But, how can you argue with customer service like this?
