      I purchased a 2021 *****6 from *** ***** ***** ******** in January 2024. While that dealership plays a role in my overall situation, this review is focused on Hennessy ***** ******.*** had my vehicle serviced at Hennessy three times: June 2024, November 2024, and March 2025. In June, they performed a full inspection and found alignment issues and dirty air filters, which I agreed to fix even though I was told at purchase by (*** ***** ***** ********) that the car had no issues inspected by their service department. On my later visits with ***** ******, I was told everything was fine.After my March visit, I went to an independent mechanic who found low brake fluid, battery corrosion, and a dirty cabin air filter, all basic safety issues that should have been caught during routine inspections. I also experienced problems with my oil change reminder giving incorrect mileage that the receptionist (*****) blamed on a mistake with sarcasm. When I asked questions, staff dismissed my concerns, and one employee ****** G became rude during a phone call.I have full documentation including receipts, service records, inspection reports, emails, and recorded phone calls. This is not just about routine maintenance, it involves safety concerns that were missed over multiple visits. I am documenting my experience as I seek full accountability from Hennessy ***** ******, *** ***** ***** ********, *** ***** Corporate, and ***** North America Customer Experience.

      I was communicated and preordered a 85K MSRP vehicle, waited 4 months, showed up at the dealership and the dealer tried to add a bunch of OPTIONAL packages (it was clearly marked OPTIONAL) on the sale (totally $6K+). Tried to work with the dealership to remove the optional packages (I have told them multiple times that I did not order them and did not want them). Dealership refused to sell me car without the purchase of those optional packages. Car went to next person in line. 4 months wasted, bait and switch, predatory.

      Buyer Beware! A good faith agreement was made to purchase a vehicle. We agreed to finance through this company. After our credit was approved and we planned to travel to pick up the vehicle, we were told that we were now competing with another customer. We would have never agreed to releasing our personal financial information unless we were purchasing the vehicle. We were told a manager would contact us after we complained and requested information on how our personal information would be destroyed. The general manager of the company said that whoever shows up with a check gets the vehicle and both parties were out of state.

      Beware of this dealership! My wife and I agreed to purchase a car in cash a little after 11am this morning. We signed the agreement they sent, provided our license and insurance information and sent a wire transfer for the full purchase amount.We were buying from out of state so we booked a flight and planned to fly there this weekend to pick the car up and drive it back.Just before 5pm, we received a call letting us know that someone else had just come in and purchased the car. As suspected, the other buyer was buying with dealer financing and when given the opportunity to make significantly more on the car, they jumped on it. They assured us we would get our money back but did absolutely nothing else to try to make things right our compensate us for our travel expenses that we might not get back.We thought that by going with a legitimate Land Rover dealer we would be spared some of the questionable tactics implored by many used car dealers but we were sadly mistaken.I will never get back all of the time that was wasted today but hopefully sharing my experience can prevent at least one person from considering doing business with Hennessy Land Rover.

      I had an appointment for my Range Rover on 27 December 2024. My vehicle was not touched in 7 days. I live 160 miles away leaving me stranded despite their website stating they provide loaners. I had to scramble to get a rental car to get home. After 7 days and multiple texts to **** my service manager, I was told my valve cover and DMTL needed to be replaced, but could not guarantee when they could do it. I brought my vehicle in because I was getting Suspension Fault warnings. When I asked about the suspension warnings, I was told technician found no issue. Without a guarantee of when work would be completed done and the dealership unwilling to provide a loaner, I had enough. I was very sick and just got out of the hospital, but made the 320 mile trip to pick up my vehicle. I needed to get it to someone who would actually fix it. I needed a vehicle. I have 4 pending surgeries and a terminally ill son. When I got to the dealership to pick up my vehicle, I wanted to ask **** if he jerked me around because I was a woman or because I was old. I didnt get an opportunity because he sent a woman over to me to tell me I could leave. The icing on the cake was I drove away from your dealership and my dashboard lit up with Suspension Fault and Suspension Fault Do Not Not Drive Over 30 MPH warnings and I was facing a 160 mile to get home. I really thought bringing it to a high end dealership that specializes in Land Rovers was the best decision. I know now that was a major mistake. Im still out $300 for my rental car and gas not to mention many hours of lost time. This dealership has no idea of customer service.
