I confirmed with him that the "activity bracelet" as well as the other options came with the vehicle because I was so surprised.A lot of other correspondences were via text message instead of email which I find to be somewhat unprofessional.I dealt with one salesperson mostly (I also spoke with the mechanic that was going to buy my vehicle that needs an engine and also the sales manager) for 3 days. During this process I asked the mechanic about the the inside package option since it was different on the descriptive paragraph and the "original" MSRP on their website has the vehicle's vin# on it). One had carpet floor mats and the other had rubber floor mats.He texted other information (the build sheet) that showed items that are only "standard" on the vehicle.....Fuji white, ***** Spot Detector and front fog lamps which he wrote were the "options".I then realized that the options were NOT on the vehicle. The salesman had lied. It was a scam....FALSE ADVERTISING that could only be forced out of them!! I was even going to finance through them even through my bank's rate was over a percent less, just to make the process smoother!!!!I did not buy the vehicle due to the deception/lies. This has left me exhausted. I was manipulated and this is a disgusting way to do business. Now I am finding that I likely dodged more indecencies. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME WITH HENNESSY. It's not good for your health, especially in "these times". SHAME, SHAME ON THEM!!!!

      Horrible company. During the test drive the sales person was so nice and accommodating. Not pushy like the other dealerships I had been to. Things fell apart after the sale. I was not shown how to use the car. I literally had to stop a stranger with the same car in the Kroger parking lot to show me how to fold the side mirrors. There actually is a technique to it.They recorded the wrong email address and phone number after I told them my correct email twice. The car was delivered to me not thoroughly cleaned. The salesperson apologized and said he would talk to the manager and I was welcome to bring the car back for a proper detail. We arranged a date and time . When I arrived he took the car from me and came back 5 minutes later saying the detail shop was closed and I will have to come back. I called him to confirm a date and time and he said he will get back to me, That was 2 weeks ago. I have left messages for 2 managers and no response. I can deal without the detail wash but I would like to know how many companies I need to call to correct the email and secondary number. When I am ready for an upgrade I will definitely not return to this dealership.

      The manager most likely called the incorrect number the business had on file .I reached out to him the week of November 28th. I left messages every time with a call back number.I did not reach out last week because I was giving him the opportunity to catch up on messages as I was told he was out of the office the 16th and 16th. So far no one has reached out to me.

      **************** and Professionalism...all time low. Wish I could have left a rating of **** stars. My husband and I have purchased many cars and this by far was the worst experience ever. We went to the dealership to test drive a car and decided we wanted to purchase. The very next day, our credit union sent over a check for the full amount of the vehicle. At 10:00 pm the same day, someone from the dealership sent a text message asking if we were still interested in purchasing (what dealership texts someone at 10:00 pm - so unprofessional). The next morning, at 10:00 am, someone called to say the car was ready for pickup and asked what time would we be coming. At approximately 3:00 pm, someone was calling to say the car had been sold to another buyer. Upon going to the dealership, the General Sales Manager said he had no idea what was going on and unfortunately the Finance Manager who we had been dealing with was nowhere to be found. Absolutely unprofessional. I would recommend ten times over purchasing elsewhere! Not worth the time or headache!

      Zero stars is what I would like to leave. The customer service is absolutely abominable. NO one answers the phones or returns calls. The finance department is typical pushy fast talkers, pushing products that are over priced. My personal experience involved finding a car online, having my credit checked and approved ... and then the nightmare began. I was pushed to send down payment by wire on a vehicle that needed repairs and parts that had to be ordered. (Everyone nowadays have shipping delays). After receiving a an internal finance contingency agreement and setting up date to pick up the vehicle pending agreed upon repairs, I was informed that the the car had been sold by another salesperson without my salesperson even being made aware. WOW! I was initially shocked, but ultimately content that I did not spend money at a dealership that operates in such underhanded practices. Please beware and be sure to read the other reviews. Many of which have highlighted many negative encounters. I have visited the Buckhead location and my experience there was exemplary. Choose wisely!

      This dealership, from the salespeople, to the service department , up to the ** are less than ethical and assume customers are ignorant, especially women.2nd issue with this dealership. Purchased a car April 2022. Salesperson was *****. Problems with brakes. Took back twice to address and falsely informed by the service manager ****, on the second return, that all brake pads were replaced. Brakes continued to squeal and was told to drive for several hundred miles to wear off the newness. Brakes continued to squeal, so bad that people outside of the car covered their ears due to the irritating noise.Contacted ****, on Tuesday, who stated since I had to drive far to come to dealership, and he recall the wait time from before, he would make arrangements for their driver to pick up the car from me and bring a loaner, to occur Saturday or sooner and he would return a call to confirm. Friday , had not heard from ****; therefore, called dealership, twice. Left message with switchboard and on his voicemail. Unable to reach him and left a message reminding of the agreement and requested a return call. **** did not return my call; therefore, I called Monday. Spoke with **** and he stated either he or a driver would leave in an hour to bring loaner and get my car. Also spoke with salesperson *****, who indicated he did not realize this was an ongoing problem and stated either he or **** would follow up to ensure this issue was resolved. **** called back 2 hours later, stating that the sales department would not give the approval to fix the brakes and that the repair would be at my cost. He advised me to speak with the General Manager, *******************. I called the **, explained the issue to him and he assured me that someone would follow-up with me to resolve. 4 days later, I have yet to receive a follow-up from anyone at *********. I paid out of pocket and had the work done by another brake service business, and the bottom line is the brake pads were never replaced by *********

      I purchased a vehicle on 7/6/2022 from Hennessy Jaguar Atlanta, only to find two weeks later it was unsafe for me to drive. Found out the door locks were faulty. You would think youre locking the *** but it would remain unlocked. Another problem it would lock by itself, even when in park and running. I was told by the ********** dealership that Hennessy should never have sold me that vehicle until the problem was fixed. Now Im stuck with no car and a $40,000 loan. I spoke with the salesperson and told him of the problem, said he would have the manager give me a call. A week went by, no call. I called again, and finally he reached out to me and promised he will investigate how they missed that and get back to me. Im still waiting for that call. Im frustrated and disappointed that a company of that statue would treat their customers like trash. They didnt have a problem taking my $10,000 dollars but now its a problem to follow up. Im disgusted with the whole situation. Paying a loan with no vehicle!!!!!

      I bought my vehicle from this dealership and have since refinanced with a different lender for a lower interest rate. I was told I needed to contact the dealership directly (from my new lender and old lender). I have been calling for over a week, and each time I am transferred to a generic voicemail box which I have left four of. No one will give me a call back, and the receptionist is not able to physically get someone to answer the phone. This is to be expected from a used car dealership, but not a Porsche one. I am to the point of having to physically go to this location to get this fixed. Do not purchase a vehicle from this dealership if you can help it.

      According to USC **** Right To Recission The creditor shall also provide, in accordance with regulations of the Bureau, appropriate forms for the obligor to exercise his right to rescind any transaction subject to this section.(b) Return of money or property following rescission When an obligor exercises his right to rescind under subsection (a), he is not liable for any finance or other charge, and any security interest given by the obligor,including any such interest arising by operation of law, becomes void upon such a rescission. Within 20 days after receipt of a notice of rescission, the creditor shall return to the obligor any ***** or property given as carnest money,downpayment, or otherwise, and shall take any action necessary or appropriate to reflect the termination of any security interest created under the transaction. If the creditor has delivered any property to the obligor, the obligor may retain possession of it. Upon the performance of the creditor's obligations under this section, the obligor shall tender the property to the creditor, except that if return of the property in kind would be impracticable or inequitable, the obligor shall tender its reasonable value. Tender shall be made at the location of the property or at the residence of the obligor,at the option of the obligor. If the creditor does not take possession of the property within 20 days after tender by the obligor,ownership of the property vests in the obligor without obligation on his part to pay for it. My rights were violated. I was never giving any form to sign explaining this and the salesperson never even mentioned my " RIGHT !!!! to rescind " Yes I received a letter from your attorney explaining Georgia doesn't have a cooling off period but this is federal law. Make this right or I'll expose this company on every social media platform encouraging many to come back for what's owed to them . I have a very big following .

      Buying experience was typical of any dealership nothing really stands out. However, a few issues afterwards, my tag was supposed to be transferred, not in an of itself a huge thing but somewhere along the line, through no issue or fault of mine, it was messed up and after weeks of emailing back and forth I finally got a, "we filed the paperwork you got to figure it out " response. Second issue is the *** went through " a rigorous certification process " of a bajillion point inspection (whatever verbiage these sales people hype up) before being sold on the lot at a premium for it. My *** spent the first 3 weeks of its life with me at the landrover dealership here in state where they have had to fix coolant leaks and steering wheel controls and door latches etc. Not sure what they inspected but I doubt very much it was this vehicle. Im talking all of this within 1 week of having it not like a month later. Wish they had any follow through after the point of sale but Id say of the premium brands and large dealerships I've worked with Buckhead is terrible.
