Inquired about a vehicle on line while on vacation. Told sales rep ******** ******** I would come look at the vehicle the following week when I got back from vacation. This is the response I got " No not next week today? I can't go fight to get you a deal when your not ready to buy a car....... (see attached photos) plus they stack on $2000 worth of junk $600 tint, $500 mud flaps, $800 wax. Not to mention I would have been a repeat customer. I'm the owner of a small 40-year established business and have never witnessed such bad ethics of a dealership as Hennessy Lexus. I had made a deal with a salesman on a car Friday morning and the finance team drug their feet on doing my paperwork until late Friday evening when he informed me I had been approved and the car was mine. The finance lady called me Saturday morning with a rate and I decided I would rather just wire the money to her Monday morning and opt not to finance with them and she said that's okay car is still yours. I went ahead since and sold my wife's car after both she and the salesperson said the car was mine. Saturday evening (late) a sales manager informed me my salesperson was out sick and another salesman sold the car out from under him. Now my wife is stuck without a car and I've contacted the dealership manager and owner without any response from either. I don't believe this dealership takes pride in customer service or cares too much about its customers.Hennessy Automobile Companies

I visited the Land Rover dealership on 8/3, in hopes of securing the new car of choice this dealership uses bad business practices by discriminating against women of color, providing false information on legal documents and raising the prices on cars well above what is advertised on the manufacturer website. I was provided false VIN information for a new car that they wanted me to send to my bank for purchase. There was no transparency when it came to the purchase, the salesman provided false information about the car such as the tax incentives on the car. They even proven inconsistent information regarding the mileage on the car. None of the information on their paperwork made sense.Hennessy Automobile Companies

It is extremely frustrating and anger-inducing to witness the dishonest and arrogant behavior displayed by the upper management at ******* Porsche North Atlanta. Their questionable practices regarding insurance claims and the handling of loaner vehicles are not only untrustworthy but also unethical. It is creatively appalling how they manipulate situations to benefit themselves at the expense of their customers. Our loaner policy is very precise, and aligned with Porsche guidelines. Customers are responsible for any damages (per the loaner agreement signed by each customer), while our loaners are in their care. This is certainly not a manipulation tactic, but a reciprocal policy that ensures both our property as well as yours, will be returned in the same condition as when it was inducted and entrusted. Do not buy a car from Hennessy Lexus Atlanta. Sales and general management do not help consumers after the sale is final. Management went out of their way to delay paperwork for tag and title on a purchased vehicle. Negligent in all business and customer relation matters. i wish I had read the terrible reviews before going to this dealership. My mistake.Hennessy Automobile Companies

How anyone in this company can sleep at night knowing they rob their customers at every turn is beyond me. They should be ashamed. So, I recently went in to cancel my maintenance agreement with them and to get my money back because I traded the vehicle somewhere else. When I called to complete this transaction they took my name and number and said the "man" that handled it would call me back. I never got a phone call so 2 weeks later, I brought my new sale paperwork and my payoff from **** into them and was told the "woman that handles this was off" ok when will she be back "I dont know" So then I have to go all ***** on them after waiting patiently for 30 minutes to speak to a manager and find out why the receptionist didnt know "when" the person I needed would be in. I latch onto sales manager who tells me the girl in the front is new and didnt know better. He takes me to the Finance Manager who says he can fix it for me. Now during this process he is playing with buttons on the computer I cant see. He selected the "basic" maintenance package to refund when I purchased the "premium" maintenance package. They will rob you at every turn. After my dealing with them from getting up and walking out during the the purchase sales portion and them stopping me and magically being able to get the terms where I wanted them, to then be taken into the finance **** where they change all the numbers around that you talked about with sales and then selling you maintenance packages that you know will s**** the customer over, to the service departments slow as molasses work ethic, to this new issue which by the way they dont TELL you when you purchase a vehicle and buy a maintenance package on it, that if you trade in the vehicle and the account is paid off from that transaction, they have to refund your service maintenance package I only found this out from a reputable **** Dealership, not Hennessy.Hennessy Automobile Companies

Poor ***************** I have purchased three vehicles from this dealership and my last. The customer service on the backend has significantly deteriorated since the initial purchase in 2015. They never answer the phone or return voicemails, whether it be for service or support on additional contracts purchased with vehicle. The finance manger is the worst. Do not buy here if you are expecting the high level of service typical of most Cadillac Dealerships. **************** is absolutely horrible and they seemly could care less.Hennessy Automobile Companies

1 starI called the service advisor before having my Land Rover towed to Land Rover of Buckhead (Hennessy Land Rover) Once my vehicle arrived, I called and got the voicemail and left a message. The next day I received a call from the advisor in response to the message I left, it was confirmed my vehicle was there and that it would be midweek or at the latest the end of the week before the technicians could look at my vehicle. I asked for a loaner and informed the advisor that I could not be without a vehicle that long. Midweek I called again and still the technician had not touched my vehicle and was informed that it would be the end of the week and possibly midweek the following week. I called again, on Friday to see if they had time to look at my vehicle since it was only the serpentine belt, nothing. Saturday I called and reached the voicemail and I reiterated I was not informed of the delay when I called to inform that I was towing my vehicle there. I received a call back on Monday explaining the serpentine belt, tensioner pulley, and the battery needed to be replaced. I informed them that my battery was only a few months old, and under a warranty that I could swap it out and bring back a new battery. A few minutes later I received a call from the advisor stating the repairs would cost $3,000. I called the parts department and price-checked the parts and they came up to approximately $80, Called another Land Rover parts department and the same parts came up to approximately $70 for the actual parts I needed. Called and informed the advisor I was en route to pick up my vehicle and was informed that where my vehicle was located he couldn't get to it and that the technicians left for the day at (4PM they closed at 6PM) and to come in the morning. Arrived the next morning and NO ASSISTANCE, I waited close to 4 hrs with the tow truck for 1 1/2 hours.The towing company sent a smaller truck just to pull my vehicle out. 1 starI wanted to share my concern regarding my recent service. The service was on December 27, 2023.The vehicle was serviced on 09/27/23 for a full 8 year service. I mentioned to the service advisor that I heard a sound coming from the engine that sounded like a rattle. He said it was probably the sports exhaust not properly opening and closing.The vehicle was serviced and the Hennessy Porsche vehicle inspection report revealed nothing of concern.I dropped the vehicle off on 12/26/23 and advised the service advisor that the vehicle was making a horrible sound off and on like a rattle. I agreed to pay the service fee of $225.00 to find out the problem. I was sent a video showing a broken piece on the exhaust. I was told that would be $2800.00 for a new muffler because the piece I needed only comes with a new part. I declined the service but was told thatthe mechanic could bend the broken piece back and it wouldn't rattle.I paid theinvoice which was now $361.12 not the $225.00 I signed for when I dropped off the vehicle. I pickedup the vehicle from the service department yesterday. Once I drove towards the exit, the vehicle sounded like a train. This morning I shared the experience with my service advisor and he stated it was a miscommunication between him and the mechanic. He wanted me to return to the dealer. I took the vehicle to two independent *************** centers and one of them was able to stop the rattling but I still could hear the original rattle. I had to pay an additional $200.00 for theirservice. At this time I'm notcompletely satisfied with my service. I paid an additional $136.00. I sent this letter to the manager, and he responded as I was somehow in the wrong. I don't have time to keep bringing a vehicle back and forth. I'm in the service field and I wouldn't expect the customer to use his time and money because I failed at my job. He also never explained the cost of the no service.
