Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service after the sale at ******************** Buckhead. My sales associate, ******** was supposed to resolve an issue with the car not recognizing the ***s and he completely ghosted me. Will not respond to email, voicemail, or text messages. ******** was also supposed to order a replacement emergency kit for the vehicle and - big surprise - that hasn't happened either. I contacted the Atlanta Service Director to arrange getting the vehicle back to Atlanta to fix the *** starting problem and he said he'd get back to me in a day or two. I've heard nothing so he's ghosted me too. I had to go through Jaguar Roadside Assistance to get the car towed to Jaguar ********** to get the *** starting problem fixed. I had to call the Atlanta Finance Manager to have him follow up on where the emergency kit is. I would NOT recommend this Jaguar dealership to anyone. The ********** location is fully of classy employees and takes care of its customers after the sale. Atlanta ... not so much. Avoid Atlanta at all cost unless you want to get treated like a second class citizen.Hennessy Automobile Companies

1 starHennessy Honda of Woodstock has totally dropped the ball on customer service. I got a car here in May of 2023 for my 78-year old mother. Five months later and she still does not have a license plate for this vehicle. The ********************** has done nothing to help, other than tell us each week that it will come next week. What a very disappointing display of customer service. Nobody at the ********************** has taken ownership to resolve this matter. They continue to blame "corporate" Honda and some third party company that they have "handed-off" this matter too? 1 starHennessy Cadillac of ******, ** was once a respected and dependable organization. Starting in 2023 it all changed. We have purchased &/or serviced 5 vehicles at this Hennessy Cadillac ****** location since ****. ********************* has been our service advisor the last several years and has been very professional, attentive, gets issues resolved, and wonderful to work with.Our recent purchase was a Platinum Escalade in 2022 and as part of the sale, they were to provide all weather premium floor mats for the ****************** side. In fact, the sales manager/general manager (*******************) and Finance Manager approved the floor mats for our Escalade. Then, they kept telling me that the mats were out of stock and delays in supply chain. Then, ******************* (new sales manager/general manager) took over for **** and after 1/2 dozen emails and voicemails, **** didn't attempt to return my calls or emails. Then, I was directed to ******************* (preowned sales manager), and I emailed my documentation to him. He already decided not to follow through on the promise made back in 2022. It actually didn't matter what documentation I sent him, he wasn't going to honor the original deal. *******************, by far, gets the award for the WORST manager I have ever dealt with (at any dealership). He was rude, disrespectful, condescending, wouldn't let me speak, and kept talking over me. If this is who I and my family has to deal with now, Hennessy Cadillac has officially lost a long-time customer. Also, none of my friends will NOT be purchasing any vehicles at Hennessy Cadillac as well. P.S., we just purchased a ******** **** Maybach V12 from another dealership.Review fromMike E

1 starmust express my deep disappointment with my recent interactions with HENNESSY PORSCHE IN ROS From my experience, key members of the team, including:GENERAL MANAGER **********************, SALES MANAGER *******************************, FINANCE MANAGER *********************************, AND SERVICE ADVISORS *************** AND *****************************,displayed unprofessional behavior throughout our interactions.I had been an enthusiast of luxury vehicles for years, and I decided to purchase a Porsche for the first time in January 2022. Due to lack of inventory, the dealership had to special order a Panamera for me, which took an exorbitant nine months to arrive. Upon the arrival of the car, I, along with my family, visited the dealership to finalize the deal.I opted for customization services such as tinting windows, adding a film to the car, customizing the brake calipers in red, and black detailing on the door handles and side mirrors. The total cost amounted to $142,000. I later discovered that the base price of the car was $109,000 and they had charged me an additional $12,000 for an extended warranty and an excessive $22,000 for the requested custom work. After researching market rates, I discovered these customizations could have been done for significantly less.Upon this discovery, I decided to cancel the extended warranty, but the process was drawn out over three months of relentless back-and-forth with the unresponsive General Manager. At one point, they even called the police on me when I visited the dealership to resolve the issue. Thankfully, I eventually received a refund.My recent visit on August 4, 2023, for a complimentary oil change and to fix a damage on the film (which was covered by a 10-year warranty) led to further disappointment. They refused to provide a loaner car or even cover the cost of an Uber ride to my workplace, which was only three miles away. They quoted an inexplicable $600 to fix the film, and when I tried to contact the Sales Manager and Finance Manager, my calls went unanswered.Review fromMeredith M

Hennessy Honda sold me a car in February that they didnt have the title to and four months later Im making payments on a car I dont even own! Ive had to go back to the tag office twice to extend my tag applied for and Im now driving around with a dealership tag which isnt even technically legal. *************************, *********************** and *********************** all refuse to return my calls. The only time Ive gotten a response is by threatening litigation. *** left over five messages for ****** in the last 3 weeks met with silence.Be sure to expect a terrible experience and possible fraud if you shop here.Hennessy Automobile Companies

1 starThis place deserves an "F" rating. Vehicle was brought in for repair work and they claimed to have done several things that were NOT done. NOTHING was done and they tried to charge us for multiple things and kept escalating the issue to being such a major concern that our only alternative would be to "buy a new car to replace it". Since then we have taken our vehicle to another TRUSTED mechanic, and not only were they able to properly diagnose the issue, but COMPLETELY resolve it and get us back on the road! WE WILL NEVER GO HERE AGAIN OR TRUST ANOTHER DEALERSHIP FOR AS LONG AS WE LIVE SO HELP US GOD. Everyone and anyone that we can tell, and spread the word to, is going to hear of this hellish nightmare of a situation this Honda Dealership has put us through. 100% Stereotypical "Car Salesman" Dealership taking advantage of everyone and only trying to sell cars instead of doing what's right.Review fromLes B

Since buying our car from Land Rover Gwinnett, we have had constant (eight instances) problems with erroneous warning indicators (coolant level low, etc.). In one instance, when I picked up the car after "repair" of a fault light, it appeared again after only driving a few miles. **** year, the "Check Engine Light" came on. The problem was diagnosed as the timing belt needed replacement. At the time, a courtesy vehicle was not available, so we rented a car for $426. Land Rover **************** refused to reimburse us the full cost and instead offered us a "deal" to pay $192.00 or a maintenance voucher for $250. Since when does an elite company haggle with a customer over reimbursing them due to a failure of their product? It took a month to repair the car. A day or so later, the light came on again! A week ago, we noticed fluid on the floor of our garage and the Low Coolant Light had come on again. We reached out to our Service Advisor to express our dissatisfaction. That same day, I reached out to the Service Manager--he never returned my call. I called Land Rover ****************, and they hung up the phone. The following day, we reached out to both our Service Advisor and the Service Manager. The Service Manager still didn't return our call. Finally, we heard from our Service Advisor. March 3, our Service Manager called saying it was a leaking coolant reservoir; however, another issue developed--the Knock Sensor needed replacement. An hour later, I received another call from him stating that a reset of the Knock Sensor fixed the problem. On March 7, I noticed the same leak and reported it to the dealership's answering service--to date we haven't heard from anyone. On March 8, I called the Service Manager and wrote the General Manager. We do not understand why thus far, a manager has refused to speak with us. If you're thinking of buying a car from this dealership--don't. Based on our experience so far, you would be better served going with another luxury brand.Hennessy Automobile Companies

Hennessy Honda does bad business. Sale price is a scam. Our salesperson ****** and the Sales manager presented an offer that was Online Sales price PLUS 3 "optional" services that were not really optional. The 3 supposedly optional services had to do with warranty services and GPS. These line items clearly began with "optional" and totalled over $2500. However when I asked for these optional services to be removed, ****** and the sales manager told us how they invested alot of money into the car and needed to make money. This place is a scam. Raise the price to what you need to sell the car and let optional line items be optional. Scammers. I ultimately bought from ************ of Woodstock. I bought a Used car from Hennessy Lexus on Peachtree Ind. Blvd on October 14 of this year. They gave me a Dealer Tag to drive the vehicle and told me not to get pulled over. The dealer is still unable to provide a Title to the ************ that provided financing. It is now November 29th and they are still unable to provide title. The dealer keeps saying next week, but next week never comes. It is clear they did not have title to the vehicle when they sold it to me. I have been by the dealer several times to check on the progress of obtaining the title. Every time they say, next week. All calls to the ****************** go straight to voice mail and are never returned. My ************ is asking for the title since they financed the vehicle.
