  I attended this restaurant by way of the drive-thru on 8/21. I ordered two apple pies, both were very dark and greasy. I asked the staff member to cook two more and they were the same. She was polite and apologetic and told me the grease was old and needed to be changed. The worker was alone with zero help. She told me she would take care of my order next time. I returner today and the manager on duty refused to honor that commitment and would not provide her name. In fact she lief and said the other worker present was the manager, ******. When he came to the window to address me, he said she was the manager. This store has the worst customer service I've experienced in my 51 years. I previously left a message using their company email with no reply.

  Worst costumer service Ive ever experienced!!! I will never return!! Just went in there and the manger and employees refused to serve me an other people because there relief hadnt shown up !!! They sat on the a** an told us the was on break ??????

  ZERO STARS - ***** Every time I go to Krystal, the food is horrible. Every time I go it's only because Krystal is open late night by my house. Every time I went to the location near my house the last four years, there has been an issue with my order. I am not the type of person to complain or ask for discounts or refunds. But with Krystal, I have had no choice. Not once, not twice, but everysingle time, I have had a bad experience. From the customer service, to the quality of food, ********************** is complete trash and should be shut down. It's not enough that they filed bankruptcy in 2020. They just shouldn't exist anymore as a business. Anywhere. Ever.

  Sold me raw meat on both krystals . it wasnt cooked at all . Pink ***** with cheese on it . This was at the ***************** location .

  If I could leave a "0" star I would. Pricing is $2.00 higher than other locations in ***********, **.When questioned "why" response was "That's our price".Not a professional or satisfactory response from a "business".

  I arrive at this location early this morning around 1:05-1:06 am. I work overnight and it was lunch time for me. I was told they close at 2:00 am but the window was 24hrs. However, I wanted to make sure I get there before 2:00am. I sat at the menu board for a few minutes however, no answer. I drove around, to which I noticed a red truck parked. As I am pulling around I see an employee walk past the window with item in their hands. The employee was skinny, bald, and tall. As I pulled around the front, I saw him and we locked eyes. He watched me as I pulled back around to go back to the menu board. There I sat and waited again however no answer. After, a while I pulled off and stopped in front of the building, hoping to see him again. However, no success. I am highly upset, because I arrived here before time and wasn't served. I had to settle with the convenience store not to mention arriving back to work late, because of wasting time there. Myself and most of my co-workers have had bad experiences with this location due to the employees trying to "hide", sitting in their car, or not wanting to serve. I am confused. Does it close at 2 am or does it stay open for 24hrs? Either is fine, I along with other customers are just in need of clarification. This needs to be handled correctly and quickly. It seems the other options are to either prepare your lunch at home or choices other fast food restaurants. In the future, I am hoping that Krystal will improve their status of service hours and hire employees that actually wish to work.

  I have been to the Krystal three times in two weeks in North ***************** and each time they tell me the system is down its ridiculous. I dont see how they stay in business.

  Was picking up door dash for Krystal ************* people working was racist having food fight then picking up the food and making people food on there cellphone not wearing gloves very nasty had to waste my time in there and tell the costumer how nasty everybody was in there been like that zero stars you should send in under cover boss there manager there was doing same as the employee very nasty wont eat there

  I have three Krystal $10 dollar gift cards. When I tried to use them they were refused. The gift cards read they do not expire. Very dishonest. I have been a customer for years, not anymore.
