    I have placed a order with them and I have yet to receive a tracking number alls it says is my order was picked and packed its been a week and a half emailed twice and called once no response

    Purchased an item from them on 12/8/23. After getting no updates on my item I sent an email on 12/18/23 inquiring about any updates about my item. Never received a reply. Finally got a tracking number after two weeks of waiting. The tracking showed that the item still hadnt even been shipped off. The arrival date finally updated to 12/29/23. Item still didnt arrive. Emailed customer service again. Never got a reply. Im seeing multiple other people with the same issue. If an item is going to take a long time to arrive, you should probably reach out to the customer. Especially if they write your customer service email. Not just ignore it.

    Ordered almost 2 weeks ago still not tracking number and no response from company after several emails

    I ordered a shirt on 12/10/23. Website advises that items will be shipped out within 3-5 business days. I have followed up 3 times via email to their customer service department asking for an update on the order and still haven't recieved a response. At this point, I'd just like the order to be canceled and refunded. Absolutely poor costumer service. I wouldn't reccomend spending your hard earned money here.

    I placed order #****** on Dec 11,2023 for 4 tees. Every phone call I place to them for an update says the mailbox is full. I emailed Combat Iron Apparel 5 days ago without any response. The only reason I ordered with them is because they are a veteran-owned company but they need to take their calls and respond to emails if theyre going to survive. I want to know if Ill receive this in time for Xmas or if they need to send me a refund.

    Placed an order on Dec 11, 2023 advised it would be shipped within 5 days and theres been no movement on packaging nor shipping since Dec 14, 2023. **************** and social media pages reached out to with no response.

    Hey there- 

    your package is currently in transit. We shipped the order out on 12/21 due to order volume during the Holiday season. **** picked up the order that Friday the 22nd however they did not scan the package until 12/27 and is currently in transit. We apologize for the delay in shipping however, once the package leaves our facility we have no control on how long the carriers take to accept the package at their facility. 

     

    Please note that the package is in route to you and if you would like to return the products upon receiving you may do so by going to our website and filling out the return form.

    On 12/9/23 I purchased an item and still have not received it. According to their website, my order has been picked and ready for shipment since 12/12. But I still have not received it. I have tried to email their customer service to find out the status on it but have not received a response. I found their ******** page and called a number that was on their page, but the voicemail box was full. I even have left comments on their page under the product I purchased stating that I still have not received anything. However, after reading several of their comments, I notice that it seems to be a trend where they don't respond back to their customers and their shipments are always extremely late. I would like to know where or when my product will be shipped or when it will arrive. The item and charge have already cleared by bank on 12/11 and I would like to know when my item will arrive.     I ordered on 12/06/23. I spent almost 200 dollars and have been following my order ******. It has been sitting stagnant since December 9th waiting to be picked I have sent 3 emails to their customer service with absolutely no response from their team I understand some delay but its been 2 weeks and no one will respond to me.

    11/22/23: I ordered several items totaling $135.01. It is 12/5/23 and I have yet to receive my items. I have sent an email to the company asking for more information, but now response was given. As a veteran I was extremely excited to rep *********************** This process has been disheartening and dissatisfying. I understand lead times for shipping but over 2 weeks? I want to know where is my order and what steps are going to be take so I can receive the items I chose which were in stock at the time.

    I placed an order for 2 pairs of shorts not realizing my boyfriend had already ordered. I followed the instructions to cancel my order which meant I emailed their customer service within ************************************* the week before they got shipped I emailed 4 more times, I never heard anything. Once they are shipped you cant return only credit or exchange. They should not have their cancellation process be to email within 24 hours if they arent able to fulfill it. Im very disappointed.

    Order cancelations are not guaranteed once the order is placed. We try to accommodate any order edits / cancelations prior to the order being shipped however, it is not guaranteed the order can be changed or cancelled. If you require immediate assistance we ask customers to call our customer service line to get expediated help. 

    If you would like to return the shorts that is fine, please fill out the form on our return portal and please select "store credit" but please put notes that you are looking for a refund and not store credit. Once the package is received back please allow 5-7 days for the return to be completed.
