      We canceled service because of Red Oaks extremely poor service. I have contacted them a number of times re picking up their cans, they have failed 3 times now to pick them up it has been 2 weeks and they claim they cant pick them up for another week. Their service is absolutely terrible. My subdivision is not happy about the cans sitting at the curb.

      this is the third friday in a row that the recycling truck is a no show for the entire community. The community has had to repeatedly call to get read oak to come back out. Dispatch is hard to get ahold of. Also dispatch stated each person has to call for the missed pickup. this like 80 houses. RedOak has not run the recycling route for three weeks now. Yes this is the first time i am complaining but the neighborhood is all complaining to readoak.

      07/28/2022 no trash pick up since then.Staff keeps saying they will pick up but they don't pick up mine or neighbors trash as well.I closed my account last week and they still won't pick up trash and cans.

      Trash has not been picked up on the pickup day in over a month. The first time this happened, they sent a text letting us know it would be a day late. After that instance, no further communication was given. Trash not picked up on last week for entire *********** neighborhood. I called and was told they would try to do a pickup before trash day of this week. Nobody came. This is the second week in a row that no service has been provided. Two weeks of garbage lines the streets. I had 3 years of no issues until last month. Im assuming the business is in the process of ceasing operations although they have not communicated anything to their customers as of yet.

      I moved to *************** on July 5th 2022. I made arrangements through Red Oak Sanitation for trash service. The day after I moved, the trash was supposed to pick up. The existing trash receptacle was there from the previous tenant. Of course, the trash can was full and I had no place to put my trash after moving. So I put my trash in moving boxes since I had no other place to put it. Red Oak would not pick my trash up, so I canceled my service the next day. I was told my deposit of $96.00 would be reimbursed within 7 days after 2 weeks I called to inquire about my refund. Of course, it had not been sent. They informed me that it would be mailed the next Monday the 25th. It has been over 4 weeks now and I still have not received my deposit back from a service that I never received.
