      I do not do business with ******* and I do not recommend any body else do because the Red Oak sales person was knocking on my door continuously for a long time until I open the door. We have infant child was sleeping and very afraid when he wake up from the hard knocking .Even If I need the *************** , I will not do it because of the sales person I asked him his name he refuse to give me his name. I ask him for his supervisor name he said he it the supervisor if this is the face of ******* I hat to see the rest of the company

      They did not ahow up for service Christmas week. **************** was rude and dismissive of the problem this brought us and all of our neighbors. We asked for a refund for the week and was told they will come next week. If Red Oak does not remedy this we and all of our neighbors all 300+ homes will change our service. We have choices and your rude responses and complete lack of ethics needs some immediate attention.

      I am extremely disappointed with Red Oak Sanitation. They used the same truck to pick up both trash and recycling, which completely defeats the purpose of recycling. This is not the first time this has happened, despite our effort to properly sort waste as required. Were paying for a service that is not being honored, and it feels like they dont care about their commitment to recycling. This needs to be addressed immediately, as its frustrating for customers who are trying to do the right thing for the environment.

      Red Oak Sanitation, *** does a decent job with picking up, and communication when they'll be late (the said they'd pick up the Friday after Thanksgiving but didn't get to it until Saturday). Their billing is awful. After paying the initial sign up fee, the first bill was wrong. They charged me too much and after straightening that out, the next bill stated service till December 31, 2024. I was then billed for service beginning December even though the prior bill stated through Dec. 31. I was unable to view the bill on my account portal and it was only after talking with their customer service representative that they then put the 'adjusted' bill on my account. **************** rep ********* said because of their mistake they adjusted the terms of service (shorter) and billed me for it. ******** did apologize though I don't recommend them for that reason.

      This company dropped their trash bin in my yard and I did not have a contract with them. When asked to remove their stuff they refused to come and get it. Then tried to make me pay for trash service. I will be reporting them to the georgia consumer protection division for fraudulent business activities.

      Well, they will only take care of you as long as you have service with them. The moment you have to cancel because they do not service your area. They will really s**** you on the last pick up. I was told on a previous boat pick up or to duct tape two items together and it will count as one so on the next bulk pick up I duct taped mattress and boxspring as well as the bedframe together. They refuse to pick it up, but refused to refund me my money..

      I am extremely disappointed with Red Oak Sanitation on multiple fronts. First, a ***resentative from their company showed up at my home at 8 PM, far too late for any kind of solicitation. My neighborhood is part of an HOA with a large "No Soliciting" sign at the entrance, and I have an additional "No Soliciting" sign right next to my Ring doorbell. Despite these clear warnings, the *** ignored them entirely.The ***resentative was not only rude but also pushy, attempting to pressure me into signing up for services I had no interest in. When I pointed out the "No Soliciting" signs, he was dismissive and acted as though they didnt apply to him. This kind of aggressive behavior is unacceptable, especially in a community with clear guidelines against it.Adding to the frustration, Red Oak Sanitation has failed to pick up trash bins for the past two weeks without providing any notice to their customers. This complete lack of communication and disregard for their service commitments has only reinforced my negative impression of this company.Im incredibly disappointed not just with Red Oak Sanitation for their poor service and disrespectful practices, but also with my HOA for allowing this to happen in our neighborhood. I would strongly advise others to think twice before considering Red Oak Sanitation, as my experience has been nothing short of frustrating and unprofessional.

      This is the worst company I have ever dealt with in my life. I am forced to use them due to HOA contract. For the last 6-7 months they have missed either my garbage or recycling about every other week. Inexplicably they do get my neighbors directly across the street every week. They have been unable to resolve my pick up problem and are quite dismissive in the rare instance I get to talk to them. I have caught them in several lies regarding their claims my cans werent out early enough. I always place them out the evening prior. Avoid this company at all costs if you have a choice.

      I am very satisfied with Red Oak's trash pick-up service. When I contact them I am always greeted by friendly, courteous, knowledgeable people. I recently called to arrange a pick-p for a very large couch. That was handled smoothly and quickly. Then the pick-p went well. I was impressed with the efficiency of the pick-up, and ****** the driver was very courtesy. He is the type employee all companies should have.

      Red Oak did a good job with my continuous weekly service. However, I left garbage out the day I moved and they left all the boxes and only took the garbage cans away. I thought this showed a total lack of class on their part.
