      It was very nice working with this group of professionals.They have done a thorough job in testing and gave a comprehensive report and the remediation process.I would highly recommend their services.

      This company refuses to pay me back for a test they did that didnt find black mold and and two months later I find it myself and my entire house is covered in it. I have to move out. My kids are still sick. And they wont pay me back. They said its my fault I found it because I took my cabinets down. Interesting. Ive lost all my appliances to mites. Its in the kitchen. Bathrooms. Walls. My dog is on medicine now. This report was theft. And ******** wont help.

      ****** Amazing, good friendly kind technicians. Great concerned listeners. On time, shared with me what to expect. Answered my questions with truthful and concerned answers. Since I am still residing in my unit, I was advised of safety net issues to better my quality of health. One gentleman ******, I don't know if that's his first or last name but, he has been so compassionate and understanding, and attentive to my concerns. The two gentlemen that did the testing were very nice and friendly. The taller one, never stopped smiling. My son and I thought this was so sweet because, it made us feel like, maybe we can really get some help now. Mold Test is a great company with

      I can only address my own bad experience with Mold Test Company (MTC) but I have a feeling Im not the only customer theyve ripped off and lied to. On May 6, 2024, I paid $1,676 to MTC for a VOC air test, which included an additional fee for a one-week turnaround time on my analysis report. It took them 11 days to send me the report. So much for that extra fee for expedited results. During that time, I spoke with two different MTC representatives who both told me that my results were late due to a ***** shipping delay. I have this in writing, in a text message that one of the reps sent me. I found the ***** shipping details which showed that my air sample arrived at the lab the day after it was shipped. There was no shipping delay. They lied. On May 24, I wrote to MTC asking for a refund because not only did they fail to deliver my results within the promised seven days (for which I paid an additional fee) but two of their employees blatantly lied to me. I included documentation of everything the text message, the ***** shipping info and the date when my report was finally delivered to me. It has now been seven days since I sent that message. I havent received a response to my e-mail, an acknowledgement that they even received it or a refund. If youre considering using Mold Test Company for anythingdont.

      They took good care of me. They were nice on the phone & no pressure. They sent over my house a fabulous, very helpful tech. He really knew his stuff. He was a huge help to me in giving advice.

      Horrible! They pressure you to buy/set up appointment with deposit. Then refere you to their mold attorney. Just stay away you do not need the extra stress (they pass your phone # out) in an already stressful time.

      I am a single parent & tenant renting a very old house in ********************, **. Although it's been less than 4 months, my older son had enough asthma flare-*** within the first 6 weeks of occupancy to raise a red flag, especially since there had been active water infiltration during 2 heavy rain storms. Within 2 months of residency, water damage appeared on ceilings and throughout the basement. I spoke to several Mold "Specialty" companies. I chose the Mold Test Company becausee *********************************************** patiently listened, explained and responded w/ expertise and INTEGRITY to convince me that this should be my FIRST CHOICE. *** arranged a test engineer within the same day of our conversation and in spite of storms compromising sample deliveries and analysis: I received test results & full analysis within 10 business days. *************************************************************** provided expert and extensive analysis on more than 1 occasion. Unfortunately, the assessment confirmed my worst suspicions requiring me to move my children out & attempt relocation in a market of unavailability and very high expense.       We are still waiting for our test results however, our inspector, ***** was phenomenal. Not only was he sympathetic to our situation, but he was also very thorough and knowledgeable. I have to say he's one of the kindest people I've ever met.

      Did not receive the service I expected. They tell me I have soot in my apartment. Well obviously there's soot in my apartment, there was a fire in the building and the smoke was blindingly thick and choking me. What I expected was a report of the toxins present: benzene, toluene, dioxins. They did not make clear to me what I was paying for! Soot? I know there's soot!! I paid to be told there's soot??
