      From start to finish, the customer service was beyond perfect. When the results came in, the service representative called multiple times trying to reach me when I could not answer the phone. When I was able to answer, we set up a good day for me to be available to go over the results of the test. Great business to work with all around.

      I was very impressed with the work done and they are very punctual with schedules. Very prompt. The technician was very informative and friendly. I will definitely recommend them to everyone. This is a scary situation having mold in a house we are leasing. Couldn't do anything without MOLD TEST COMPANIES HELP

      I have worked in property management for 20+ years so when I heard about this company on social media, I was skeptical. But working with this organization has been an absolute pleasure. The mold company will be my go to company for any issue that I have, and I will refer my residents accordingly. The exceptional customer service that I received specifically from *****, was outstanding. Having mold in your home is such a scary process and this organization partnered with me through the process and I couldnt be more pleased. The Mold Test Company offers the resources and the testing in a one stop shop thats needed that I havent seen before. But again more than that, is the camaraderie of the team members and the exceptional customer service that is given by people like ***** that make all the difference. I cannot say enough.       The Mold Test team and those connected with it displayed what **************** should be (and used to be). My only disappointment is that I have to wait almost 3 weeks for a telemed appointment with the specialist doctor to get detoxification recommendations.
