  Was a smooth experience and they took all the stress away from the mold testing experience as there is a lot going on with the back and forth between land lords and i over rhe presence of mold . They make it easy !

  The mold inspectors were very polite while testing in my home. They were super through with everything. ***** is very helpful and does a fantastic job explaining everything over the phone.

  Upon contacting the company they provided excellent customer service. They were very knowledgeable, Efficient and Prioritized. The technician that they scheduled was amazing, you can tell he had alot of experience. He took his time to get the job done. I would highly recommend this company.

  Mold test company is exactly what they advertise to be. I highly recommend the service. Ive been through it all before calling Mold Test Company. They came in a timely manner, was very helpful and knowledgeable about what was going on. I wouldnt regret the decision to call a trusted company ever. Most definitely worth the service.   I contacted them about suspect looking mold in an apartment I was renting. I bought the *** kit. It was easy to use and once I finished it, I immediately mailed it to the lab. I received the results within a week. With no surprise honestly, I had 7 different types of mold present. 3 were deadly cancer causing types and a person should never be exposed to them in any amount. After getting results and having them explained very thoroughly to me, I decided to continue on and let them send a technician out to dig even deeper into the species of the types of mold that were there. He was very helpful and extremely professional and knowledgeable about mold. I haven't received the results from that testing yet but I am expecting it any time now. I also have ordered the medical testing kit for myself. It will arrive tomorrow. I will complete it and send it in promptly to get those results. At that time they will hand me over to the lawyers in my area that handle these cases for them. If everything comes back and the correlation is made between all of the test results, we have a slam dunk open and shut case against the apartment complex. We will then start talking over the issues and the apartment complex knowing there was a big problem with that apartment and not moving me to an environmental safe one. So far, everything is going well and I am very happy with the progress so far. I would recommend them to anyone who may have the mold issues as a concern.

  This company referred through *****. The name was followed by New rerferral and when I clicked on the info box it brought up a page that said there was no infromation, thus seeming do not exist.The company called me to sell me a urine test for mold which I felt would be of value believing they were experts. They charged $599 for the test kit, which the company likely provides free. Today two men came in a truck with no name on the side of the doors. They were dressed extremely causually with no name tags. No business cards for the two men could be obtained. Their dress was very disturbing, One was very overweight and unkempt with long pants pooling at his shoes that were worn on the sides and his feet were rotated outward. The other man wore a tank top, no sleeves. It appeared to me that these men were not qualfiied to do any mold testing. The unkempt one got out of the truck holding a beat-up small tackle box about half the size of a legal piece of paper and about six inches deep ready to carry into my home.I am 80 year old retired registered nurse and live alone and would not allow them to go into my house and asked them to leave. My instinct said to rid them asap. I do not feel they appeared to have any knowledge or skills that indicated they would give me anything of value. I did not feel comfortable having thm inside my home.***** list did not say that this company contracted with people in other states whom I did not get to investigate. One had a business card that had no address, and the photo was not of either one of them, a bald man and they both had hair. The other guy could not produce a card.Please use caution when hiring people referred from out of state. I demand full refund of $650 for deposit and urine test sold to me. They should not have billed for a test before it was done. ***** email about two referrals of companies showed this was new and when clicked for more info, got a screen stating the link was dead end.

  Very efficienct process, from scheduling through testing. The technician who performed the testing was very thorough and knowledgeable. The test results were extensive, but easy to understand.
