      ****** was very knowledgeable and explained the problem with our heat pumps, the drainage. We replaced four (!) heat pumps within 3 or 4 years and did not know we had this problem. Thank you, ****** for your quick help.

      David was very professional and caught a small problem before it snowballed into a bigger problem. I didn't have a problem with Dave at all I did have a problem Dyess Heating & Air with scheduling. I thought I was scheduled with a morning appointment. When the end time of the appointment came around and the technician that was assigned to complete the service call had not showed up, I called Dyess Heating & Air and was told my appointment was an afternoon appointment. I guess I must have written it down incorrectly. When the afternoon appointment came to the end of the scheduled time and I still had not heard from Dyess Heating & Air I called again and was told that the technician (David) was running late. I wish that a phone call had been made by your scheduler to let me know that the technician would be late. Their are so many things that I could have accomplished had I known this.

      We have been Dyess customers for almost 15 years. We have purchased new equipment and had old equipment serviced. We have never had anything but GREAT customer service. Today’s visit for service by Mateo S**** continued in that same tradition we have come to know over the years.
