1 starWe replaced 2 systems in our home with Dyess, the first one worked out fine, the second was a nightmare. When we called for maintenance of the units, the woman told us that ***** has attached a note on our file not to service our account, even though we had a maintenance agreement. This started months of calling/ complaining until we finally had another HVAC company come out to service our account and had to totally rework the 2nd unit. We spent over $2,000 trying to rectify this problem. ***** refused to take our calls and also the office manager gave us a run around if he actually took our calls. I would never recommend Dyess, I think the service men were always good but the owner was was definitely the problem.Review fromBonnie B

It was just yesterday my water heater blew, and now here I am with a brand new water heater that was expertly installed! My sincere compliments to Dyess owners For your selection of employees and technicians! Initial inspection was yesterday by Justin, who got everything in order and my wonderful installer and technician, Paul S******. Paul was extremely knowledgeable his attention to detail was impeccable. Upon completion he thoroughly explained all the working components of my new water heater. I could not be happier. 5 starsI have been very satisfied with the **** from Dyess. The people they have sent for a twice a year check-up of the system have done a good job - and answer my questions.
