      I opened up a store front with the company to order apparel in April. I have had about ***** people place orders through their website. Only a handful have received their orders. When reaching out to the company they do not return emails and when they do they are generic computer responses with no resolutions provided. The one time I was able to speak with an actual person they said they had a problem with the website but would take care of the orders in a couple days. This was back in may. Many of the people who placed orders have contacted the company and have not received any emails back or information as to why the orders are taking so long. I would like them to either refund those who ordered or produce the apparel.

      I ordered two t-shirts on May 4th and still have not received them. When I ordered, it said they would arrive within 7-9 business days. It is now June 27th and I have not received the shirts. I have emailed customer service and keep getting an email that they are sending the issue to the warehouse but that is as far as it goes. Now when I try and go to their website a warning comes up that it may be a website trying to steal my information and its certificate expired 3 days ago.

      I ordered a shirt from Highschoolpizza who gets their shirts from Storefrontier, when it arrived the quality was very bad and not as advertised. Contacted both companies and haven't heard back from Storefrontier.Order #: ******

      Ordered $86 worth of koozies 5.6.23.After 30 days, I contacted StoreFrontier via email. I received the response back, ***************** *************************** 5, 2023, 9:03 AM EDT Good morning,Let me send a message to the warehouse and see what kind of update I can find out for you."I've never received a response, even after following up several more times.Also, I can no longer access the "Track My Order" feature.I've been ordering from them for 2 years now and have never had an issue.

      I went to the Mothers Finest website to order a t-shirt on 5/22/2023. I was directed to Storefrontier.com where I placed my order and paid for my shirt. I was advised that it would take **** business days to arrive. On 6/5, when I was checking the status of my order on the website, I noticed that the billing and shipping address was missing a street name. Not sure if it was my error or theirs. Since the order had not shipped, I contacted customer service through the website asking them to update the address since I could not find out how to do it on the site myself. I received the automated reply that they would get back to me. As of Monday, 6/12, I had not heard back from them nor could I track the progress of my order any longer due to "the website encountered an unexpected error". I again messaged customer service through the website and replied to the automated email response simply asking for an acknowledgment and requesting a refund if they were unable to fulfill my order promptly. As of this morning, I have not heard a word from them. I simply want the shirt that I paid for or a refund.

      I ordered a shirt on May 14th. On June 5th, I emailed asking for status as the tracking showed it had not yet been printed. They responded to the first email saying they would check the status with the warehouse. I've emailed several times since and have heard nothing. Now I believe they have canceled my order without providing a refund because the tracking page comes up with an error screen only, and it has been this way for 4-5 days.Order # ******

      On April 26th, 2023, I purchased 6 Tshirts costing $158.95 from Storefrontier. Order # ******. On 5/27/23, the took the $158.95 from my bank account. On 5/23/23, I emailed customer service asking what had happened to my order as it still hadn't arrived. They responded on 5/25/23 that the items were damaged and were sending out a replacement order. On May 30th, i asked for the new order # for the replacement order to track it and on 6/2 they responded they would check the *** of my replacement order. No response since . It is June 11th, where is the replacement order they spoke about on 5/25/23. Now they wont even get back to me. I have been very patient but when i contacted the contact number provided on the internet ************ I was told that they are not affilated with the company anymore and said they get a least 2 calls a day asking the same thing and gave me this number770-926-1158 which goes straight to voicemail. I just want my items as they are presents for my husbands bday or my money back. I have been waiting patiently since April 26th. I appreciate your help in this matter. THANK YOU!

      ORDER SF#****** Order date: 05/04/2023 Order total: ***** Item: Unisex Tee, Color: Black, ************ ******* The Creature [535231]I purchased a t-shirt from this business and never received it. I have emailed the company twice via their website. They have no email or phone number to contact therefore I filled out their contact form on the website. I contacted them on the week of June 5th (exactly a month after placing my order) and again on June 13, 2023. I have received no replies despite their website claiming that they respond within one business day. I would like a refund of my full amount ($*****) for failure to produce product. This has not been done by the company as of yet.
