      Storefrontier stopped paying me artist about 6 months ago. They currently owe me $3,173. I took the link to the store off my Instagram so no one else will purchase since shipping is really bad at the moment as well. I will be moving forward with another company but need my money. The owner said he will pay me but hasnt yet. He then said he would pay me but it has to be in increments, but I havent seen anything. And quite frankly I want all of it now, because its been 6 months with no pay when its supposed to be bi-monthly and has been in the past.

      I've ordered 4 shirts total from store frontier. The first was order was over 6 weeks ago. I've have gotten 1 response from several emails about this order but now I get nothing. I have emailed at least ************************************************************************** any order fulfillment. I know the sellers is moving away from this place because of poor business practices .

      April 13, 2023 @ 12:18 am I purchased three shirts that I created on StoreFrontier one for $17.25 and the other two for $12.75. I paid $52.70 which includes shipping of $9.95.I have yet to receive the items that I purchased. I've had no issues in the past year when I placed an order and during that time I received my item within 10 days. I reached out via email contact May 21st, 2023, and informed them that I had not received my order and they responded back on May 22nd, 2023 that they were going to reach out to the warehouse. That was the last time they ever contacted me about my issues. I again reached out five days later May 27th, 2023 since I have not yet heard back from my previous email complaint about my missing order. At this point, since it has been a little over a month and I have not got the order that I paid for in April, I rather they just refund me back. Here is the order number: ORDER SF#****** ************ has not resolved my problem nor have I heard back from them on my last reach out.

      I made a purchase with Store Frontier on April 2, 2023. I paid $65.50. I gave it sometime before I made contact after I have sent several mess. I feel like I am being scammed. They keep telling me that they are going to send my request to I alm trying to get refund Please help me resolve this matter.

      I opened a t-shirt shop on Store Frontier (store frontier.com) about 3 years ago and everything seemed fine. They communicated well and paid me, as agreed, every two weeks. Suddenly in October of 2022, the payments stopped. I inquired with no reply. I stopped promoting the shop because I'm not getting paid but because I have a successful image to sell, the sales kept happening and I'm making money but I was never paid. Now it's April 2023 and I have emailed them several times with no response. I even ordered a bulk order and have received no response. I took down my online shop today because I'm no longer being paid and my bulk order never arrived. The total they owe me, including the bulk order, is $800.00.

      Ive contacted Storefrontier multiple times through email and customer service regarding a payout for the merchandise Ive sold on their website. Ive been selling through them since December of 2022 and they refuse to pay out the money that is owed to me and instead have resorted to completely ignoring my correspondence instead of resolving this matter. This is a common theme and many other users are experiencing this same problem. This company is scamming a ************** out of the revenue that is rightfully theirs. I sell merchandise under the artist name **********

      As a designer I opened a store front last year. I started selling product around November, 2022. Between November and the new year I sold a lot of product. At the new year I took my store offline because I had not yet received a payout from the company, who states on their site that payouts are done every two weeks. It has been six months since opening a store and Store Frontier still owes me $1,900 and has not made a single payout. Their customer service does not respond to emails, and when they do they are unprofessional and lack any resolution or help.

      My customer bought a t-shirt from my store that storefrontier hosts as an extension to their site. She bought it on March 9th, 2023. She emailed storefrontier to inquire about the t-shirt and she has not received a response. I emailed them and no response. She should be refunded. Or they need to have better communication. I deleted my designs off of my account on their site.

      June 2, 2022. Paid $30.95 for a KidCrusher T-shirt...I bought a 4XL Tall and they sent me a regular 4XL shirt...I have been trying to contact them for over a month. They did respond and said they will make it right and I'm still waiting. Emailed them a few more times without any response.i have asked for a refund and they refuse to reply...
