1 starEverything started great with the mitigation team! Hands down the best experience I had. Until we got to the rebuild team. I was told that the repairs would be covered by the amount given from my insurance after the deductible was taken out. Three month after he knew what we were getting back he now send me an invoice $1,500 over what would be covered. He is trying to be like a sales man and up charge me but we never agreed to that. The trust is gone with this company ITS SO SAD WHEN I HAD A LOT OF FAITH IN THEM TO START OFF. Plus the lack of communication from this guys is astounding. HOPEFULLY MANAGEMENT WILL REACH OUT AND DO SOMETHING BECAUSE HE MESSAGES ME ONCE A WEEK TO TELL ME IM WRING THEN TURNS INTO A GHOST WHEN I DO MATH!!!!! The guys name is *******Review fromKelly S

5 starsHampton restoration group has helped me twice now and both times they have been amazing! The first time we had a pipe burst in my building and ***** came out to assess the damage. He was so professional and knowledgeable about what needed to happen and how to take care of it! The second time ***** actually came back out after a little leak cause some wet flooring and they really helped me out while I was in a tight spot. I highly recommend this company!Review fromJoseph T

For me, the Hampton Restoration Group is the best. My problem started with a leak from my upstairs bathroom into my garage. After notifying Hampton Restoration, they got the ball rolling by contacting their other partner companies so I didn't have to do any searching for anyone else. Now my bathroom and garage have been updated and looks beautiful. 5 starsI had an incident where water poured out of my refrigerator, ran across the kitchen floor and down the walls to my office. ****** and **** came to the rescue! Extremely knowledgeable and professional. ****** explained everything that they were doing and why. I truly appreciated that. The entire experience with Hampton Restoration has been wonderful. I highly recommend them.
