    ****** and **** were able to remove a shower stall and remove areas that were damaged by a leak into my family room. They were efficient, professional, quick and careful. I was lucky to find Hampton Restoration Group. Im confident they will help with the restoration and get things back to normal.

    A plumber who could not find the leak in my home that was going into the subfloor wetting my carpet. He referred me to Hampton Restoration Group to find the leak. The plumber never removed the toilet to look for a leak. He just turned some faucets on and off and he was done. Little did I know that it was all a scam. They work it together. The plumber gets a kickback if I hire Hampton. So ******* the owner of the company comes to my home with his leak detection device and puts it down to the subfloor and says The water is here. I respond Yes I know that but where is the leak coming from? He says probably the toilet but we need to start mitigation right away. Let me file this insurance claim for you right away. I replied Do you think it has something to do with all the rain we are getting? He says nope its the toilet. Turns out I had a huge hole in my roof. Hampton was only interested in getting insurance money based on a plumbing issue that was bogus. They knew that insurance covers plumbing issues. Please shut this scam company down. Every since I had my roof fixed - Ive had no more wet carpet.

    We hate to hear that you had a bad experience with our company. According to our records, Hampton Restoration Group did not actually perform any work at your property. When a plumber or another contractor refers us, we come out to inspect for moisture and water damage. From our findings, we suggest the best course of action to mitigate the water and dry your property to avoid potential long term structural damage and health concerns. We are not a leak detection company and we apologize if you were under that impression. Thank you for taking the time to leave this review. We do not want customers to feel taken advantage of or misled in any way. Hampton Restoration Group will take this feedback to make our process more transparent and we will strive to avoid similar issues in the future.
