Great company! The customer service was good as their response times to my inquiries was excellent with honest answers even when there were delays setbacks etc. beyond their control or other vendors. I really appreciated it. They also did their best to work with the insurance company throughout the process. I had a leak under my guestroom sink a year ago. Hampton Restoration Group not only completed the dryout, they also put my house back together. They made the process so smooth and painless. From *****, who came out to survey the damage to the crew of ******************** and ******, Hampton did a fantastic job mitigating water damage from a refrigerator leak. ***** was able to come out quickly and gave me options for repair. The crew was prompt, friendly and efficient. The area they repaired looks great. I would highly recommend Hampton Restoration Group.Hampton Restoration Group
