I ordered an extreme full body faja and a fupa be gone waist trainer on 1/10/2025. On 1/15/2025 a shipping label was created but **** have not received the order for shipping. I reached out to the CEO Keisha ****** during her TikTok live about my order with no response. I reached out on the online chat support for help no response. I called two 1800 numbers associated with this business and no response ************* and *************. I reached out to her support team by email ******************************** inquiring about my order. The support team stated on 1/21/2025 I would receive a tracking update by the end of the day on 1/22/2025. I waited until the end of the day of 1/23/2025 and no tracking updates or response from the support team. I emailed the support team again for an update/refund on 1/23/2025 and 1/24/2025 with no response. After carefully reading the reviews on ******, this looks to be a repetitive problems customers have with this business. Customers are buying merchandise and are not receiving their product at all or months away which is unacceptable. I have also filed a claim with my bank for a refund as of today 1/24/2025. Please help me get my refund and to stop this business from scamming people.Business Response

All items in Order #***** were delivered on 1/18/25 except for your Collagen Peptides and **************** The Collagen Peptides were delivered on 1/30/25 @ 11:48am, and you were refunded for the *************** on 1/31/25. Please see the attached screenshots that shows proof of deliveries and proof of your refund. Furthermore, your Order #***** total was not $128.75. The original order total was $101.47; $27.28 was refunded to you on 1/31/25 for the **************** The only correspondence/email we have from you was on 12/6/25, which we responded back to your email that same day. We did not attach a copy of our email chain due to privacy reasons. Our customer service department works diligently to ensure customer satisfaction. Making false claims on our company is ridiculous and uncalled for. Please don't hesitate to contact us if further explanation is needed.

KKWK you charged on Jan 4th my cc for ******. On Jan 31st which is 4 weeks after I paid full price of ******. You did just issue a refund on Jan 31st. As I stated I reached out to your customer service Never replied back. I would never lie on anyone but stand on business yall never reached out to me until I filed this complaint on **** not responding. I work hard to my money and I gave you more than enough time to reply back. Someone posted on your page yall never reply to customer request on order status and to file bbb compliant to request a refund . To say I am lieing on your company is false yall need to do better as a small black business in replying back to customer about orders and stop ignoring like your paid customers don't matter. I am disappointed in how you don't take accountability in your lack of not following up when I want to know the status of my Paid order. Make it make sense. I shouldn't have to make a complaint if your customer service team would follow up on my emails which I sent several under both of my email address since you didn't reply to neither. Thank you for my refund and I hate I had to file a complaint for you to reply back. This is not a good business practice in order for you to reply back. Let's be proactive and provide good customer service with feedback on paid customers orders in the future.

Yes, you were charged for the purchase you made. Furthermore, we have email correspondence between us showing where we responded to several of your emails. Your emails specifically asked about Collagen Peptides not Coffee. On 1/20/25, you emailed us inquiring about your Collagen Peptides and stated:
"Hi,
I am ******* ******* checking the status on when the collagen peptide will be shipped? I paid for my complete order on Jan 4th. You tagged my order of 4 items as fully delivered when it wasn't.
Please advise when I can expect item you didn't ship.
If item is not shipped in the next week I would a refund on the collagen peptides.
I look forward to hearing from you soon."
You did not mention anything about Coffee missing from your package, only Collagen Peptides (email screenshots not attached due to privacy reasons). Please notice the verbiage in your emailed statement above. You said "item" not "items" as if you were only referencing to only 1 item (Collagen Peptides) being missing from your package. Furthermore, it was notated on your packing slip that Collagen Peptides were Pre Order and shipped separately. Your Collagen Peptides did ship before the allotted timeframe and was delivered on 1/30/25 @ 11:48am. Please see the attached screenshots that shows proof of delivery for Order #***** and your Collagen Peptides. At this point, on our end, this order was completely fulfilled and all items delivered; because keep in mind per your email, only the Collagen Peptides was missing from your original package that was delivered on 1/18/25. We were not made aware that you were missing Coffee until we received this complaint. Because we are extremely customer satisfaction driven, you were issued a refund for the Coffee even though we have not received one email from you stating that your Coffee was missing from your package that was delivered on 1/18/25. Please know that we understand that emails can be filtered and result in miscommunications, which is why we issued a refund for the Coffee no questions asked. I made an online purchase from Kick Weight With Keisha on 01/13/2025 for $127.69 for 2 items (Fupa Be Gone Waist Trainer 2XL and Faja Columbian Tummy Control Shaper, Large) Purchase Order #*****. I saw the add and Keisha was live on Tik Tok that night it seemed legit. Upon checking on my order through **** tracking number as of today 01/21/2025 **** has still not received the items. I've called KWWK ************ several times and the phone number just rings/no answer. I also sent a message through chat and no one has gotten back with me. I sent an email to support on 01/17/2025 and email to support on 01/20/2025 and haven't gotten any response. All I want are the garments I ordered and paid for. If the company can't provide the garments then I would like my money returned to me.Business Response

I purchased 1 5XL Faja Colombian Tummy Control Shaper from a business named Kickweightwithkeisha on on 1/14//2024. The order number is ORDER #*****. I received an email on 1/22/2024 advising that the order has been shipped. I reviewd the **** tracking number ******************************. & as of January 23 2024 through today; it never was received by ****. I have tried to reach out to the busines mutiple times via email at ******************************** with a copy of the order confirmation email with no resposne. I have called the business at ************** and left several messages starting 2-3-24 through today 2-29-24 with no response. I went to the website *********************************** and sent a message through the chat on 2-6-2024 & 2-7-2024 with no response although the chat states we respond immediately. I also tried again today on 2-29-24 with no response. I would like this issue rectified. The item needs to be shipped to me or I need to be reimbursed the $81..17 spent on the item. I placed an order # ***** for a FUBA be gone and received a confirmation that the order was being processed on January 19. I have since then been trying to contact the company by email as well as left a voicemail to verify. On January 7, ****, I placed an order for $224.02 for 4 items-KWWK high waist sculpt shorts, Faja Columbian Tummy Control Shaper, KWWK Seamless Tummy Control, and the Fupa Be Gone Waist Trainer. I emailed the company from the site to get a shipment status update a couple of days later being that I did not get a confirmation of the order but a charge was placed on my credit card for $224.02. On January 9, **** I received a "Thank you" from the company and on January 12, ****, I received an email indicating that "Your order is on the way" with a long **** tracking **** #****************************** for my KWWK order #*****. After not being able to track it a week later, I reached out to the company via phone, numerous emails, and finally a DM on Instagram with no reply from the company. Every communication I sent was totally ignored without any response back. I asked for a refund being that they were paid and my items were not delivered or had been placed with ****. The pre-shipment was created on January 12th according to **** and according to the tracking site with **** they are still awaiting the package from the company. Because it has been so long, I would like my refund back because it seems as if they no longer have items to sale. It's fraudulent business to take monies and not send the products. I received an email last week and one this week to review my products. I tried to contact the company again to let them know that I never received the products. At this point, I would like my money back that I paid and I will never do business with this company again although I really wanted the products.
