This complaint is being filed because the company has failed to provide any resolution to the problem after 7 phone calls and several emails. On Nov 9 2022 -- I ordered (order # US28078899166724277) a new backdrop from BannerBuzz to go onto my previous order to update my company signage despite it being the same company with the same dimensions. The new backdrop did not fit the previous hardware placed on October 23, 2019 Order #US196299961571855893. I need this to be resolved with you sending the correct fitting backdrop. Or correct hardware. As it was the exact same sku and description. Hi *******, we regret the inconvenience caused. We have reviewed all the details to confirm that we didn't overlook anything. We looked into your previous order and were unable to locate any information regarding the order being dispatched. According to our records, the order was not dispatched because we were waiting for payment. We reviewed the video and confirmed with our product experts that the hardware and graphics exhibited are not from the same manufacturer. Because our graphic is manufactured using a set template, the manufacturing style or size will not alter. Please share the following information with us so that we can investigate and resolve this as soon as possible.
1) A full-size image of the hardware.
2) A full-size image of the old graphic onto the hardware.
3) A clear image showing both graphics (old and new) in natural light.We also shared the image of the Graphic installed onto the hardware that was taken prior to packing the order. Please find the attached.

Original order July 10th 2022. August 10th, 2022 received order and contacted company because the order was wrong.August 25 2022 Bannerbuzz said they refunded me. As of Oct 31 2022 still have not received refund.Business Response

The concerned department did initiate a refund request as the error was identified on our end. Due to a technical issue, it didn't go through, and the amount was not transferred. On September 10th, we received our order from banner buzz of vehicle decals. Because our vehicle was not yet ready, we opened the package two weeks later. At that time, we realized that the manufacturer has messed up our order, and our clear vinyl decal with our logo was actually a gray background , and would look very odd indeed on our white commercial vehicle. We emailed on September 26th to ask for a replacement and our correct order. From September 26th until October 13th customer service at ********************** asked us for no less than 4 pictures proving the manufacturing error. Finally after all this this, they admitted that there was in fact an error, but because we did not let them know within 7 days of receiving our order, they would not make it right with refund or replacement. Even though their website does not include a 7 day limit anywhere and no limit at all under the manufacturing error part of their return policy. What a frustrating, incoherent and unethical way to do business.Business Response

I ordered a hanging banner in May for a show, and didn't put it together until now (September). The cover of the banner was constructed without openings for the hanging hardware. Because this is a very stretchy material I am afraid to cut the fabric myself, and for over $700 I don't feel as though I should have to.I contacted Banner Buzz repeatedly, only to be repeatedly asked for photos and video. When they finally admitted that they had sent a defective item, their solution was to offer me 15% off my next order. This is my third item ordered from Banner Buzz. I will not ever order from them again after this, so do not need a pittance off of my next order.When you call the number in "Georgia" you reach a call center in *****. I've ordered double sided banners from this company on 7/20/22. The banners were printed on the wrong side, additionally, the size of the banners were inaccurate. I've reached out to the company, they told me to send them a picture, which we did. They continue to procrastinate and ask for additional information, to prevent having to reprint. I've sent them what was needed in this case and they refused. They then put fault on me because I told them that it should've been mirror printed on both sides. They printed the other side the total opposite. The website does not give you the option to choose the side, so customers are supposed to just assume. Please be aware that when you order from this company, the size that you specify will be much much smaller. They do not print accurately They do not follow instructions They do not ship your order within the designated time period as their website states.I now have to spend more money with another vendor to get these banners in time and done the correct way. Order ID: ******************** On August 3rd, 2022, I placed an order with Banner Buzz for a custom table cloth, tabletop banner, and hardware totaling $374.18. I paid $59.01 of that to have the merchandise shipped via ***** because time was of the essence. I had a book signing event for my new children's book the weekend of August 27th.When my order was initially placed, the artwork's resolution was shown as poor. So, I, in turn, had the designer send over the ai file to satisfy this request. This was done on August 10th. During that conversation, the sales representative mentioned that he would make an adjustment to the coloring process in order to speed up the process. My response is that the finished product needs to be navy blue & look identical to the proof. He stated that it would. So, I said, that's fine. I went on to explain that navy blue is a color from my brand and can't be comprised. Fast forward to 8/16th when I received my merchandise. When I opened the package, I immediately noticed that the color wasn't the color that was reflected in the proof that was sent to me by Banner Buzz. In fact, it looked more purple than navy blue which wasn't one of the colors from my brand. The image on the front got lost in the background color. So it blended completely into the background making it appear to be one continuous piece of fabric. That wasn't what I expected nor wanted. Not to mention, the fabric was much thinner and flimsier than what was shown on their website. Upon seeing this, Banner Buzz was notified via phone & in writing. Pictures were provided to substantiate my claims. Banner **** responded on 8/18 stating that they weren't going to refund/replace the items. Upon hearing this, I responded by further explaining my stance on everything. I concluded by stating my discontentment with their decision and said if I'm going to pay $400 for anything, I deserve to be happy with the finished product which is why I'm submitting this complaint.Business Response
