    BannerBuzz is aware that I am ordering as tax exempt. The last two orders, however, they haven't refunded the tax (although they should have never charged it in the first place). I have submitted a tax exempt for several times and have yet to hear back from them. The University I work for will not accept payment with tax, so it is coming out of my paycheck.

I resubmitted a new file attempting to correct issue. In the interim, I was unable to reach a person to discuss and provide further instructions on how to correct. The **************** number actually hangs up on you when you call. In turn, I found another company to print and had no such problem with the upload provided. In turn, I had to write to date 5 times, I would like to CANCEL my order and still not in receipt of confirmation of cancellation or the honoring of their cancellation / refund policy. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. DO NOT USE FOR PRINTING SERVICES no matter the price comparison.

    I placed an order for $389.00 that was supposed to be delivered on 5/29/23. I never received it and trying to contact someone is impossible.     I ordered a 10 x 10 ft. canopy tent from BannerBuzz. Around April !3, 2023. I did not desire any logo or custom printing. I did purchase 4 sandbags as an accessory. The package arrived the first week of May. I opened the tent on May 20th to set up for Farmers Market. There was no canopy. just the frame and 4 sandbags. Monday I called BannerBuss to request that ********* be sent I was told I had only purchased the frame and sandbags for $215 and that I would have to pay an additional $575 for the tent canopy. The have set up the ordering process in such na way that they call the canopy top the "graphic" and any logo or printing "art work". Therefore if you do not want a logo or custom printing you select "no graphic" which means to them "no canopy". I found one for $159.00 Horrible misrepresentation of the truth that I consider bordering on Fraud. Why would I pay almost $800 dollars for a tent Canopy I could purchase for $159.00 elsewhere. Beware of this company.

Also, while adding only hardware into the cart, the website will show the pop-up called "Seems you have missed adding Essential Graphic!" and on the cart page, it will only show the added item by the name of "Custom Canopy Tents 10 x 10 - Hardware" so the customer can get an idea about the same.     I have decided to not waste additional time with this matter. I do not wish to pay for shipping this useless frame without a canopy back to this company. Its really a shame they are allowed to do business this deceptively with no accountability. In that there are many complaints, not just on the BBB site, but elsewhere. I am attaching my response to the I will not be paying to return the Tent Canopy Frame. I have already found the same style frame and canopy for less than your frame. Your ordering practice is very deceptive and I see that there are many customers that have lodged complaints against your company with the BBB and other sites as well. Your practice is like someone with a Shirt printing business and offering Graphic. If I select my size and color and style but choose not to customize it and select no graphic I would essentially then get no shirt. What a Horrible way to do business. I guess if you were honest and transparent you would ************** the canopy tent for $790 but then NO ONE would buy it would that.

    I placed at order on 5/9. I was told a proof would be available in 24 hours. I never received a proof, even after reaching out over 20 times. When I spoke with a customer service rep via chat, I was assured I'd receive the proofs in 3-4 hours. It never happened. I reached back out at the end of day, and was again assured I'd receive proofs in an additional 2-4 hours. A full day later (a total of 10 days, and NOTHING). With not receiving the proofs, I cannot approve a product and clearly cannot receive a product in the promised time frame. The company doesn't answer the phone, they continuously cut off communication via the chat service, and send general email replies that do not correlate with the topic at all. I fear this site is bogus and besides getting my money back, I really do not want anyone else experiencing the nightmare that I have. It's been WELL OVER 20 hours of waiting on phone lines before being cut off, emailing, and attempting to connect via chat, in attempts to track down a proof for a project. Order #US29006478163640601

    I ordered 600 business cards from the company. I only recived 500. I contact the company letting them know this. They first asked for pictures I sent several pictures. the issue was still not resolved the asked for a video I sent the video. issue still not resolved. I contact the company more than 12 times. When askeding to escalate the call I was declined. I have also been hung up on. Told I would get call back from manager and there has been no call back I have been placed on long holds and issue is still not resolved. these people will steal money from people. I would not recommend buying anything from this company. I placed a second order I was told the order was coming one day i even paid extra to have it delivered the rep told me he wasn't their issue they shipped the order on time. But the would pay for shipping. To correct some of these issue i had to pay out more money to another company to get what i needed when i needed. This is not a good company to do business with. I will most definitely spread the word through social media about this.

    We have reviewed all the details and can confirm that an adequate quantity was shipped from our end. The customer placed 2 orders ******************** and ********************. The customer claimed 100 QTY of business cards to be missing, hence, we requested additional detail in order to validate the issue. Upon receipt of those details, we did inform the customer that we are unable to find any error on our end, but as we believe in Customer Satisfaction, we will be reshipping the missing quantities. The customer contacted ** back stating the non-receipt of the email confirming the replacement. 

    Further, we offered a shipping refund to the customer for the order delay, along with that a refund of $10 for the missing quantity. Regrettably, we are unable to find any error on our end.

There was issues with both of my orders. A ***** credit and you telling me it a good will credit. Not resolving my issue i want a Director or *** of your company to call me i can be reached at ************. I have been hung up on several time. Told i was going to get a call back several times. Have you gotten the issue right the first time there and you sent the amount i purchased. Then its would not have been an issue. I has take us over a month to get to this point and its still not corrected.     Order: US287275241680633697, Amount: 51.97

    It was missing 100 quantities of business cards for which our team did offer a replacement. Unfortunately, it was denied from your end. Also, the supervisor offered a $10 refund for the same.

    Order: US288975221682443542, Amount: 26.46

    It was delayed by 3 days due to shipping carrier issues. Our team did offer a full shipping refund worth $10 as a token of apology.

    Conclusion: Total Paid Amount for both orders is $78.43. The best that we can offer is a flat $25 refund which is more than 30% of the paid amount. Kindly let ** know so we can initiate the request.

    I paid priority price for my banner to arrive for an event that will be occurring. ***** was chosen to deliver my banner. It has been two weeks and two days before my event and my banner has yet to be delivered. I called bannerbuzz the week of said delivery, April 25th and didnt get a response back until May 4th. I received contact from ************************* who provided a ***** receipt that showed my package was delivered in the city. There was no address to confirm my package arrival and there is no package in my possession. This is my very first time ordering from this company and Im regretting it BIG TIME! This is my first event as a business owner and I dont have what I need and the company is unwilling to provide reasonable accommodations. I asked that they overnight or next day air ship my banner which would have shown the slightest bit of urgency to rectify the situation and that request was denied. I asked for a refund for shipping costs and still deliver my banner because clearly it didnt get here next day like I paid for and Im being told that I now have to wait longer so a product I paid for hasnt arrived, the company is holding my funds without a sense of urgency to accommodate the customer.

    I purchased 50 Pole Banners to honor veterans in our town. The purchase was in October of 2022. They were hung in December 2022. Over the next 2 months 14 of the banners were completely destroyed and many others were damaged. I ordered replacements thinking maybe it was just a bad batch. The company responded that they would not ***** any reimbursement. Realizing the others may not last and I would be stuck with the same problem, I sought to return my orders placed in January and February that were not even opened. They are delaying and giving me no resolution. They website and their staff clearly said the banners would last and were for outside. I would like to return all banners and receive a refund, so I can honor our veterans with another company.

If the product fails, breaks, or has ink issues, we promptly replace it within this time. The warranty starts from the date the order is delivered. Our team might have simply denied your request since the product is out of warranty. 

    We understand that you might not have had the opportunity to use them until December 2022, and the banners were left packed for almost two months. We must say that if you have not opened the package in a month or two, there are higher chances that its storage in an environment with fluctuating temperatures or high humidity could potentially cause the material to degrade, resulting in a lower-quality product. 

    We would like to draw your attention to the fact that the banners you purchased in January and February remain unopened. We suggest that you open and use them, as keeping them stored for a prolonged period may cause damage over time.

    The warranty covers any damage sustained by the product during its warranty period while in use. However, we do not accept returns for any of our products, as we operate in the custom printing industry and print banners and other items based on the customer's specific requirements.

    These pole banners usually last between six months to a year, but because they were remained packed for almost two months, their lifespan has been reduced. Additionally, extreme weather conditions like high winds or heat can also decrease their longevity. Regrettably, these damages fall outside the 120-day warranty, leaving us powerless to aid you. Rest assured; our records indicate that our team has done everything within our power to provide you with the optimal solution.

    I placed an order with banner buzz to print us 2 feather flags and an order of business cards for our business that just opened. I was suppose to get my order a month ago but didnt get it till 3 weeks later. When I did receive it I only got the flags and not the business cards. When I can bannerbuz they tell Me that the cards were sent back due to an incorrect address. What doesn't make any sense is that i receive half of the order, so how was the address incorrect? When i try to soeak to someone in customer service they say that they will resend it to me. I was supposed to get an updated tracking number. After a week of no update i called again and was met with the same thing. That they will resend it and that they will call back in an hour or so with more info. Another week passess and nothing no update. *** tried getting a refund and they tell me they cant refund me that they will call me when they have an update. I have called twice this week and asked for a supervisor or manager and they tell me their isnt one available. I just want my business cards im running a business with no cards. Please.help me reach somone that can give me some answers.

    I ordered a flag with bannerbuzz. I sent the pic in. I received a cropped photo with no white areas that they wanted me to approve, which I did. Today I received flag with 66% of the flag is just a white flag. They are now saying I approved this flag, which I did not. This looks like some c*** that someone out of their garage would make who is just getting started. Why wouldnt I just get a smaller flag if most of it wasnt going to contain the image I sent in? I could have just paid for a smaller flag if it was just going to be blank

We would like to clarify that the size of the order was specified as landscape, but the artwork you submitted was in portrait orientation, which did not match the canvas size. Our designer has taken note of the low resolution of the artwork and the fact that there will be empty space on the sides as the artwork doesn't fit the product's dimensions. It appears that you *** have only viewed the first photo, which was a cropped version of the print file. There are actually three additional photos included, which you can view by logging into your account and checking the proof files.

    It appears that there *** have been an oversight on your part regarding the additional photos and comments provided by our designer. Upon viewing the first proof, it is possible that you assumed it was the final product and authorized its production. However, please be advised that the item delivered was in accordance with the approval recorded in our records. As a result, we regret to inform you that we are unable to accommodate your request for a replacement or refund.
