    BELIEVE EVERY SINGLE ONE OF THESE BAD REVIEWS! I was apprehensive to order from them again because I had such a bad experience in the past but I figured, let me give it another try. These people are such scammers! This is the SECOND time I am having an issue with them. The first time, I had to threaten to get a lawyer involved and sue their insurance until they gave me a refund. They badly messed up one of my print jobs I need for a trade show. They asked me if I want a refund and I said I did. Instead of a refund, they said they would reprint the order because they had indeed messed up the print job and get it to me in time. I then received a confirmation stating my re-print would not arrive until July 1st. I need it for June 27th. They also deleted the order record from my account so I can no longer access it. I sent MULTIPLE emails and I was ignored. I tried to go on chat and they literally just ghosted me once I gave them the order number. I regret not charging it on my **************** card because now I have to dispute it with my credit card and file a complaint with the state attorney general for mail fraud. They did this last time they messed up my print job as well. They gave me a hard time and tried to ghost me and I literally had to write a certified registered letter to their CEO to get a refund! It's absolutely despicable behavior. They outsource everything overseas- the printing and their customer service and they own multiple websites. They treat customers like absolute garbage and with utmost disregard when you are dissatisfied. I am not kidding when I say THEY LITERALLY IGNORE YOU when you have an issue with your order.

    DO NOT USE BANNERBUZZ!!! I ordered a custom canopy and tent frame, I have yet to receive the $265 hardware. No response to emails, and have been waiting on hold for OVER an hour now trying to speak to someone. The new tracking number has shown the same message for a week now, 'Label created but not yet in the system'.

    I've been trying to get my proof updated for over a month now, and no one has responded. Every time I call, I'm told it takes 2448 hours for a reply, but nothing ever happens. Each call seems to reset the case, giving the impression that a new 48-hour window startsyet still no resolution. I've already missed the deadline I needed this for, and it's extremely frustrating. To make matters worse, I'm being told I can't get a refund. This situation is unacceptable.

    I was hesitant in the beginning due to the reviews. Contacted me about one of the proofs looking blurry and they requested a better quality file. They delivered as promised. I'm satisfied with the prints.

    The absolute WORST experience --- didn't acknowledge the order for 2 weeks (was suppose to have shipped out by the time they finally acknowledged my order (I should have just reversed the charge right them) - then another two weeks of going back and forth with them about what i ordered for them understand that where i had white ink in my creative i wanted it to be white and not see-thru on the window cling -- and then finally when it did arrive.. let's just say that this window cling -- did not clung..... I will be steering clear of this company in the future... They are inexpensive, yes - but perfect example of you get what you pay for.

    I received exactly what I needed. They did email several times to ensure that they were providing exactly I was asking for, and had I not noticed the emails from them, my order would have been late for my event. But I responded promptly to their emails and the sign was ready on time. They did ask questions I felt could probably have been answered by design submitted, but I think they were just trying to ensure what they provided was what I wanted.

    Trying to order ANYTHING is a headache. The customer service is outsourced and clueless. They will basically waste your time for two weeks trying to get design approved. And if you are tax exempt forget about it. Our business will no longer be spending money there. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME.

    Don't buy from this company. You will pay express and this order is coming from *****. They sent me two banner which the material was breaking into pieces while removing it from paper. I called them created a ticket to get my refund back and they never responded. I emailed them and still no answers. Don't waste your time nor money.

    I placed an order with BannerBuzz on February 24 2025, hoping for a smooth process. Unfortunately, their design team was an absolute nightmare to deal with. Despite providing clear mockups, it took them 22 days to understand my designsomething that should have been straightforward.After all that wasted time, they then informed me that shipping would take another 15 days, pushing my delivery date all the way to April 1. That was the final straw. I requested a refund, and now theyre saying I have to wait another 7 days just to get my money back.Honestly, this is partly my fault for giving them another chance. My past orders with them had print mistakes, color mismatches, and poor product quality, but I wanted to believe they had improved. They ************ mestay away. Their product quality is low, and their communication is non-existent. Save yourself the headache and support local businesses instead. At least then, you can speak to someone who actually understands your request and can offer real customer service.
