Horrible customer service and product. It is impossible to speak to a person. Chat is unhelpful. Ordered a banner with a logo and they actually changed the design and added kiddish looking art work and removed parts of logo. Cant speak to a human and have to wait 1-3 days for a response via email from a chat. The issue was so blatantly obvious as well.Do not waste your money with them!! I had to question if they were even legit due to the lack of response and customer service.Bannerbuzz

Step & repeat they produced was fine and delivered on time. However they billed multiple times to our company credit card for an amount that exceeded the original invoice. Their customer services is essentially non-existent (online chat, phone, and email all non-responsive). So would not use them again. It's not enough to churn out product -- a responsible company also provides ongoing, timely, and engaging customer support. On that front Banner Buzz is a fail.Bannerbuzz

This is a horrible company, took for ever to get my decal. 3x5 foot mural for my spa wall. After a week it started to peel off wall. When I complained they asked for pictures and videos. After I sent them I heard nothing for a month. Ow the decal barely stays up. I was told because there is a texture on the wall from the paint this is why it wont stick. I made my own decals on my Cricut and they stick just fine so I sent pictures of my decals that do stick and I was told that is because they are a different size then the ones I made. Just ridiculous. Horrible customer service.Bannerbuzz

Misleading advertising, customer service is horrible, shipping is always late. Use any other company to print your banners. You have three choices but can only choose two of them. Fast, quality, cheap. I thought this was going to be fast and cheap but was blindsided when it was just cheap and undelivered. Go anywhere else for your banners. You will have a better time commissioning a banner from the homeless on the side of the roadBannerbuzz

I placed an order with BannerBuzz for 4 outdoor banners. Order was processed and printed really fast. As other reviewers stated this company is in *****, not in **********, but it really doesn't matter because shipping is fast with ***** international service wich only took 3-4 days from ***** to *******. Our banners came out nice although we had some issues with blurry letters and some printing quality issues. We communicated that to Banner Buzz and they were happy to help out. Once we submitted pictures of the issues they were very helpful, reprinted all 4 banners and made sure the prining quality was perfect for the 2nd time. They reprinted and shipped out all our 4 banners again for free of charge. We are very happy with the result and pricing! Going to order more soon! 1 starCompletely misrepresented lead times and shipping. Shop somewhere else, paid a huge premium for overnight fast delivery and still waiting. With so many companies around, I'd shop anywhere but here again.Review fromAlex R

1 starThis company is trash. I ordered a few 8x8 banners, and when the proof was sent, it did not match the product photo. I called to confirm what the hardware would look like to see if the product page or proof was the accurate version, and was told that the proof was the correct photo (which is ridiculous to falsely advertise what a product will look like). I explained that I already have some banners and that I need the new banners to match so that when they're side by side, it looks cohesive. I explained that I would probably need to cancel my order because I needed these banners to get produced relatively quickly. The guy helping me first tried to upsell me on a more expensive product saying it would match what I already own. Looking at it, it was a completely different product that was far from what I was looking for. Then he said he would chat with the warehouse to double check the hardware and see what they have available so I don't have to cancel my order and that they might have what I need. Okay, great. I was told I would get a call within 24 hours. 48 went by and nothing. I gave them a call again only to go through the whole process of explaining the situation, them avoiding cancelling my order, and only to be told that I had to wait another 24 hours to get a call back about whether the warehouse has what I need. A WEEK LATER I have to call them yet again because I still had not heard back. I said I just need to cancel, I can't keep waiting for an answer. The phone call to cancel was insane and took me almost an hour of waiting (on top of the 45 minutes-an hour each of the other phone calls took). 1 starBannerBuzz is a foreign company using a ** address as a shell... They are idiots in *****... placed order... paypal credit approved... now in pending... waiting on bannerbuzz... THEY still have the order is the cart, idiot with customer service (A JOKE) tells me the order has not been placed... EVEN though paypal has my money on hold pending them accepting it... Ordered flags to be delivered on the 22nd for an event on the 24th. Shipment will not make it in time since as it turns out, they make this stuff in ***** even though they claim they are in the US. I ordered from this company because they said they could have them to me on time. Had I known it was coming from *****, I would have found a US based company to order from . Will never order from again as proven to be unreliable. Had to charge it back on my credit card. Their customer service has zero compassion combined with not even suggesting a work around for me to get what I needed for my event.Bannerbuzz
