    I ordered three sets of business cards from them this year. I absolutely loved them. I also loved that they were a Georgia company...as why go National when you can support local. I ordered two more set of cards from them early on October 8th. I paid extra to have them arrive by the 20th of October. The first proof was incorrect. I sent them what I needed...came back 5-days later (even though they saif within 72-hours...nope! It was more like 120-hours+ later. Still wrong. I sent them in EXACTLY what I wnted. I sent it on my proofs. I sent it in their chat. I sent it in via email. I sent it in 5-times. Still, I heard nothing form them. Another 5-days goes by. Still nothing. I keep reaching out to them and I get, we are talking to the right department, they will have it to you in 3-4 hours. NOTHING once again!! This happened, repeatedly. Today is the 20th, do I have my two sets of cards? No, I do not!! Do I have a proof that is right? No, I do not!! Instead, I get an email at 10:03 a.m. saying that it will be to you in 3-4 hours. It is almost 5 pm, and still, NOTHING!! I asked for a Refund and said Cancel my order. They ignored that and said to give them a chance, I will have this in 3-4 hours. Again, almost 5, and NOTHING!! I can't get what I paid for...and it didn't come today as it was supposed to...and they won't cancel my order and refund me!! I have referred several people to them and I will never refer people to them again! Instead, I will tell them to RUN FROM BANNER BUZZ!!!! I would give them less than a single star, but you can't! I am very, very disappointed in them...especially since I am leaving for ***** on Thursday and I really needed these cards! If you are considering using them, I would stop and think about if you have a lot of time to not do business and deal with them. If you do, then use them. If you don't, if your business matters more than spending hours trying to get your stuff from them, then go to someone else!!

    Terrible product and terrible customer service. The order took a long time to arrive, and when I finally received it, it didn't work properly. I contacted them to tell them and asked to return the product and they blew me off and would not help at all. They requested a video of the issue, but then claimed the issue was my fault. Their "100% satisfaction guarantee" is not true at all.I should have read other reviews before ordering from them. They respond to reviews here acting like they take feedback seriously, but they don't care. They have no real customer service.

    Lied about when my banner would arrive. I had to write their design team three times before they got the correction right. Horrible customer service and chat is a joke.

    This company does not follow through with what they say. They promise a call back that we never received. They sent ** someone else's banner. They did not send our entire order and after 2 hours on the phone with them (hung up on 3 times) they resent some of the missing pieces of the order. Still did not receive the entire order, spent another hour on the phone with no resolution. So we have not received everything we ordered to date with no follow up phone call.

    Was sent a step and repeat that I basically had to tie to a wall because the stand wouldnt hold it up. Now they are telling me they wont accept my return unless I set it back up and take photos. I have no help to put it back together so assembling it is not an option. Its quite a job. Cannot believe ir is this difficult. The stands could not hold the weight. I cannot possibly be the only person this has happened to. I am a very unhappy customer!

    Piece of c*** you're dealing with ***** all the time or online simple business cards I ordered one 100 it took 3 months to get done again and again where is it's? The answer it's in production you want get anything done don't use Banner Buzz

    False advertising!! I purchased what I thought we backlit signs from this company...the picture of what they are advertising is what is NOT what I received. I received a piece if vinyl that can in no way be placed in my menu board- it will melt! I offered them the chance to make it right but they refuse to admit their material won't work and they are falsely advertising!

    I'd give this company 0 stars if I could. It's no exaggeration to say this has been the worst customer service experience I've ever had. In May, I needed to order a feather flag pole (I somehow accidentally omitted it when I placed a flag order in Marchmy fault). I used the chat feature to ask if we could order the pole by itself because I could not find a way to do this on the website. I was in the chat queue for over 2 hours before I was able to get a rep, and once I finally did, I was passed off FOUR times to other individuals before I could get any help. The fifth person told me there was no way to order the pole by itselfyou have to get a flag and some sort of base with it. That seemed ridiculous, but we needed the pole, so I did submitted the order on 5/24. That day in the chat took a total of FOUR HOURS, including the wait time and various rep ********** Later that day, the person we needed it shipped to was contacted to ask who was paying for the balance of the order. It was paid in full on 5/24 with a PayPay credit and the balance on my company cardthere was no balanced owed. On 5/25, I received an email from Banner Buzz indicating that I was seeking some sort of refund (I wasn't). I kept responding via the ticket system and email to confirm the order and that I wasn't needing a refund. This went on for 3 weeks. At one point, I did call the company, assuming I could get a live person. I did not and was told the chat feature was the most efficient way to contact them. After my last chat experience, there was no way I was enduring that again. I emailed them on 6/20 to cancel the order, and this time, I DID want a full refund. It took 9 days to get a reply, but it did not confirm the cancelationit just asked me to confirm delivery. I submitted a ticket today (7/11) for our order, asking again to cancel our order and get a full refund. I want my order canceled and full refund nowno more delays.
