      This company is not responsible for picking up Trash every quarter 1 month before the next billing cycle the trucks go down and when you get someone it is the same thing want to give you a credit for less money for the lack pick-**** Like today an employee offer $11 and change. I refuse it because it is not enough and then the person stated they will end service at the end of this quarter June 30th. I am going to document every week until then and take pictures. For the next step.

      This business is unreliable, has poor customer service, is unavailable by phone or e-mail. They do not pick up trash in a timely manner. They average 8-10 days between pickup instead of every week which is what they say they will pick up and as of today, March 5, it has been 2 weeks and trash has still not been picked up. They are quick to collect your money, but that's where it ends!!

      Today is 2/28/2025 and Ive been waiting two weeks for my trash to be collected. I called Thursday morning and asked was the route DELAYED..again!!!! She asked my trash pick up day and told me that the trash would be picked up on 2/27/25. Got home later that evening.trash wasnt collected. I tried calling several times this morning and its goes straight to VM. Whats crazy.I get billed as if my trash is being collected on time quarterly. Not even one discount on this billing cycle. Just tired of the poor customer service and the lies. Do better ***** South!

      I agree with all other reviews. My trash has been sitting for nearly 3 weeks. I attempted to call them this past Monday, which is now Thursday, the girl that answered the phone on Monday,said that the truck is out on route and trash will be picked up . I can't stand when businesses are not truthful to their customers. If it really is a problem with the truck, just send your loyal customers some sort of notification. That's all! We understand that sometimes things happen!

      Terrible company!! I dont understand how the business is still running. They barely pick up trash on the actually day they are supposed to. When they do pick up they leave trash debris. And there favorite excuse is the trucks arent working . So to avoid any hassle find a new trash company. You will never be able to reach the owner ! If you call to complain they will block your number so STAY AWAY!

      I hate that you have to give 1 star. There needs to be an option of no stars. This company is a disgrace. I have called city commissioners office. They are rude, disrespectful have no morals for their customers or how they speak to them. We never get picked up on time when I ask for mgr call they say if he feels like it verbatim. They honestly dont even care about their ratings. I can go on and on I think next step this company needs to be investigated by a news station. We all work hard for our money and expect service when paid for it.

      I just moved here from ********** and moved in a duplex went with this trash service they charged me 66 dollars for deposit in JULY 9 or 12 and said that the bill will be every three months and it would take ***** days for trash can delivery and I've been every week inquiring about my can they than informed me that they behind and here we our August 26 and still no can and called they stating still behind and dont know when i will recieve my can and than informed me that I WILL NOT GET MY DEPOSIT DO TO SERVICE THAT I HAVE NEVER USED they dont answer the phone until about 10 when it say that they open at 9 THIS IS JUST A ALL AROUND BAD BAD BAD COMPANY CANCELING SOON AS MY THREE MONTHS UP NEVER GOT ONE PICK FROM THIS COMPANY PLEASE PLEASE SOMEONE NEEDS TO DO SOMETHNG ABOUT THEM LOOK AT THESE REVIEWS

      This is a TERRIBLE outfit...Should not even be called a business or be in business. They do not pick up on the contracted said pickup garbage day. It is ALWAYS the day or two after. There is no apology or any monetary refund for their lateness. My parents have been waiting to get their garbage picked up for 2 weeks now, which is very unsanitary!!! T & R South Sanitation excuse is that my parent's account was suspended due to not renewing. Remind you, they just received the renewal notice last week, even though the outfit mentioned they sent it out last month. We are experiencing mail delay here in *******, so it is possible, but to suspend their account when they have ALWAYS pay on time for 3 months at a time is TOTALLY unacceptable!!! When my father called yesterday (5/22/24) after paying the renewal fee, so that they could come pick up the garbage on its scheduled time, they mentioned they would. They arrived, got out of the truck, but did not pick up the garbage still and left. When called, they mentioned the driver said he didn't pick it up because the account was suspended, even though he was told by the office to pick it up, because the account was paid!!! My father's should be refunded for the whole contracted amount....I will make sure he will cancel his services with this outfit not worthy of being called a business for their poor service, terrible customer service and consistent lies!!! Please disable them from being a business!!!

      ***** is always late, last week they went into the next week. The week after, T&R picked up all my neighbors trash but missed me. I called the office and I was told that the route manager stated he picked my trash up at 12:00pm, and was not coming back to pick it up. He stated that I had to have something blocking my container, if they didn't get it. Of course they gave others reasons. Non were true. I sent them a video where they passed by container and nothing was blocking it. I asked for credit because they are always late and never issue credit. In return they sent me 5 emails saying the same thing about when my bill was due. I informed them that I have a credit on my account from an overpayemt, which I due all the time. I asked to speak to the manger, I was put off. I informed them that I would put this incident on nextdoor. Still no response. I informed that I would like a credit issued for a day, just for missing me, not even for the other late days. Still no response as of today. I've called several times today (5/19/2024) and no answer. So I decided to file this report, hoping to get a response. I would give them a zero if I could.
