      I signed up for service last month and was told that I would receive a trash container within 14 days. When I called back 2 weeks later, the young man who was very rude stated that no one told me that it would take 14 days, it takes at least 30 days.. I told him that is not what I was told.. I asked for his supervisor, he continued to be rude and disrespectful and said there is no supervisor available. I called back a few weeks later to get an update on when the container will be delivered, and the representative said that she didn't know. I explained to her that I do not have any where to house my trash. I explained that if I have to continue to store my trash in my home for weeks, that I will need a credit, so that I can purchase a trash can. She stated that she can not give me a credit, she doesn't know when a container will be delivered. She was very rude and disrespectful and I told her that I wanted a refund.. I am not sure why this company is still in business. I wish I had read the reviews prior to signing up for services with them.. I wish I didn't have to give any stars. Will be taking this to small claims court.

      I started with company 9months ago and still do not have a trash can. They are never on the correct day and usually dont come at all , this company is the worst, do not use them

      I paid for three months of service and they have only picked up my trash twice in over a month. I have called repeatedly and they say to call back the next day, they are unprofessional, not consistent. Imagine having no trash pickup for 3 weeks so far and you've paid for 3 months. I've asked to have the owner call me back. They had the nerve to send me a renewal notice!!! This is unacceptable, avoid this company by all means, it's sad that you pay for a service and don't get any service. They should be shut down!!!
