This T & R South Sanitation LLC. Does not comply with agreement after payments have bin received. Trash dose or get picked up every week they come whenever they want trash is piled up high after 15 days of no pick up. They are braking their own contract with the consumer.Initial Complaint

Since signing up with this provider in August 2024, I have experienced numerous service interruptions. Most recently, my trash has not been picked up since January 16, 2025, despite paying for weekly service and prepaying for three months in advance. The provider does not answer their phone calls, and I've left multiple voicemails requesting information about when they will collect my trash and asking them not to charge my credit card automatically. Unfortunately, the business continues to neglect its service obligations while ensuring my account is charged quarterly without fail.I no longer wish to continue doing business with this provider, as they repeatedly fail to fulfill their commitments. On February 3, 2025, I was charged for an additional three months of service. While they can retrieve the bin and trash that I've already paid for, I am disputing this charge with my credit card company, as I refuse to continue service. Additionally, my garbage bin has been sitting outside for months without any collection, causing concerns within my neighborhood association.Initial Complaint

Terrible company!! I dont understand how the business is still running. They barely pick up trash on the actually day they are supposed to. When they do pick up they leave trash debris. And there favorite excuse is the trucks arent working . So to avoid any hassle find a new trash company. You will never be able to reach the owner ! They refuse to give refunds you have to pay 3 months in advance. I cant even reach the owner in regards to any issue *** had. I have contacted the company since Wednesday, December 11, 2024, about my missed pick-up. Animals are now tearing up the trash and I live in a community with a HOA. I have been forwarded to voicemail to an inbox where I can no longer leave a message and there is no email address for me to contact. Very disappointed as I have been with this company for over three years. I am writing this complaint on behalf of my elderly neighbor due to a trashcan from T&R sanitation still remaining in her front yard six months later. The issue began when the company would not consistently pick up her trash instead of weekly it became biweekly- shed call in and they would compensate her with three dollars credit for the inconvenience and then come pick up the trash the next week on the scheduled day. However this inconsistency lasted the entire time she was with the company. She then made the final payment and asked for them to claim their property, which is the trashcan. The young lady who answer the phone always says we have you on the schedule for the repo. They should be out there shortly, and then leaves us with a date and no one ever comes. This was July when it was canceled we live in an HOA neighborhood letters regarding the trash have been sent to her. Here we are in December and the request was made in July. We have since called more times than we can count. I can prove that the trashcan is still there to this day sitting on the curb. My only goal is to get that trashcan removed and its six month old garbage. The complaint is The performance of this organization is subpar and to be a garbage disposal company unable to pick up trash in a timely manner or even when scheduled with a paying customer can be viewed as false advertisement.Initial Complaint

I'm being billed for canceled service. The service is inconsistent. They miss & delay service often. The issue escalated in the 2nd quarter in April 2024. I had numerous missed pickups and requested credit. The company did not credit my account and continued to have missed and delayed pickups. I canceled the service and **** was my last pick up. My problem started in 2023 with T&R South Sanitation,they are the garbage collector company that serves my area they broke the lid from my trash can when they were empty it this happen in January 2023 with no lid the animals get into garbage constantly turning it over I have asked the the company over and over to please bring a lid or another garbage can for over a year now all I have gotten from them is promises. I registered with T&R South Sanitation in late March 2024, and ended their services on May 6, 2024 due to poor service. I asked them to come get their trash can, and they told me i had to wait 20 days before they even come pick it up. I even had to wait 15 days just to get my trash can, which actually took 20 days, so i was very unhappy about waiting another 20 days but i agreed. As of now it's been almost 25 or 26 working days and they have yet to come get this trash can off my property. I have talked to employees and a supervisor and all that they keep giving me lies and excuses. The trash is still in the can from the week BEFORE i discontinued and they know it, i have told them so, and it's starting to smell. It's very unsanitary. I paid for trash services and a trash can on November 22 (in the total of $82.00). Per the company, I would receive services immediately (the following Tuesday and every Tuesday thereafter) and an outdoor trash bin within 15 days. I have received nothing promised and the company refuses to return my money. I have recorded conversations where I've been left on hold for a minimum of ************************************************************************************************************ resolving the issue. I paid for a service 30+ days ago, that I'm still not receiving [and have not received].
