    Been trying to be a verified seller with gunbroker since 7-2-22. Theyve made me jump through hoops, which Ive done and they finally notified me that I was verified. When I tried to use their service, they then said I wasnt verified. Ive sent them my drivers license, concealed carry permit and my type 7 FFL. They have recently wanted my bank account number and routing number to which they said theyd do a deposit under a dollar and I was to verify the amount. I gave them the requested account numbers and they have not deposited any money, so Im still not allowed to use their services. I let them know they did not deposit any money and have asked them to do so, but now they wont even respond to my emails. Extremely poor customer service that is only through emails. They take an extremely long time to respond, if they bother to respond at all. I would like to be able to use their site. If they would just call me, whatever the hang up on their part could be cleared ** in minutes. Ive bought on gunbroker since their existence with never a complaint from anyone. Just recently Ive not been allowed to do anything on gunbroker. Needed some powder the other day and gunbroker wouldnt let me buy it, but they keep sending me emails asking me to look at those items again. Its like one hand doesnt know what the other is doing over there. Its well over a month now Ive been shut out of gunbroker for a matter that could have been cleared ** in minutes. I want this cleared up so I can buy and sell on gunbroker.

    Took from June of 2022 till August 3rd of 2022 for gunbroker to verify my banking account and let me be a verified seller. On September 1 of 2022 gunbroker suspended me from selling with the stated reason that I did not have a verified checking account. I have contacted customer support but ********* refuses to respond. It took 6 weeks of submitting documents and banking information for gunbroker to let me be a verified seller and they took it away within 30 days for no valid reason and they will not respond to my customer support requests. I want my status as a verified seller restored and for gunbroker to quit randomly suspending that status.

    Hello,On October 16th, 2021, I purchased two orders of 100 (200) rounds of vintage ***** ammo from the seller *************************** (a.k.a. estock) on the website Gunbroker. I paid $239.98 for the merchandise and received a shipment from *** on October 20th, 2021. Upon opening this, I discovered that I received two boxes of 20 (40) rounds of the vintage ammunition. As a result, I never received 160 rounds that I have already paid for. I reached out to the seller multiple times via email, and I never received a response. On 12/13/2021 I submitted a Buyer's Protection Program case with Gunbroker but despite numerous requests for information regarding this, it appears that they will not be taking action to help resolve this issue and after receiving no update from them in almost eight months I do not feel like they are helping me at all. When I check on the Support Portal, it says that the case is still waiting for documentation from me, but I have sent this numerous times using different methods. Additionally, I submitted an appeal with my bank PNC however this claim was rejected in February 2022.I am extremely frustrated that I have gone through several routes to attempt to resolve what should have been a simple issue, yet I keep getting ignored. I have attached in a zip archive below all of the documentation that I sent to Gunbroker including receipts, shipping labels, and photos of what I received versus what was advertised on the listing. I have also included all conversations with Gunbroker support, all of the emails to the seller that I could find, and the letter of rejection that I received from PNC bank. Finally, I also attached an automated email that was sent to me as confirmation that Gunbroker indeed received the documentation that I faxed them but never investigated nor updated me on.Please let me know if there is anything else I can provide, or if you have any questions or concerns that I can help address.Thanks in advance.*******************

    I made a listing of an item on their online platform. The first sale fell through and I relisted it. The second sale fell through due to items of the listing being stolen from my person. I sought a resolution to this and completed the initial steps required. But will not relist the item. I was charged 90 dollars for the "tax" of the first incomplete sale and 110 dollars for the "tax" of the second incomplete sale. I requested a refund of both amounts, less the fees for Listing the item. They state they will not issue a refund unless I relist the item and I do not wish to do so.

    My account was locked saying I need to provide two forms of identification. I have provided what was asked for. I cannot get a response. I have emailed numerous times and they will not answer my emails and their customer service has been terrible. Just an acknowledgment that they are trying to resolve my issue or making some sort of attempt to provide me with a response.

    I bought a gun from gun broker.com in august of 2021. After the auction ended I paid the seller for the gun. The next day gunbroker sent an email saying the item was fraudulent, but the payment had already been sent. The seller robbed me of $1000.00.. gun broker site said they have buyers protection for up to $500. I submitted a claim on 8/12/21 and called the police and mailed them all the paperwork I had on this matter.. they have not responded and there is no email or phone number on their web site. It is impossible to get ahold of anyone. Please help its been almost a year with no response at all they just keep sending promotional emails to buy to buy more stuff from them

    My account as a seller/buyer was hacked on 8-15-2021 and my email address was changed by someone other than me. I was unaware of the hack until I received and email from GunBroker telling me that my email address had changed. I was unable to login into my account after multiple attempts. After about 6 GunBroker support requests and no response to assist me in resolving my issue, I gave up. I later attempted to create a second account and was successful until I used my original account email address, then GunBroker locked my account. I am now able to login to my account but its still locked due to an association with another account on the site, yeah my original account that GunBroker wouldnt fix. Please restore my original account. Im a FFL and Im unable to buy or sale firearms. I had all positive feedback on all transactions. Today, 7-20-2022, I created another GunBroker support request. Please restore my original account.

    I signed up for a Gunbroker.com account and was subsequently asked to provide an ** to verify my account. I provided the ** as requested. The company has since ghosted me with no response/reply. I keep getting emails every day from Gunbroker.com about sales and specials. I opened a customer support request asking to remove my name from the email list. I still get email promotions at least every other day. I want Gunbroker.com to stop sending me emails immediately.

    the customer was provided an update on May 24 regarding the Buyer Protection Claim. The customer is not covered under the Buyer Protection claim as the customer used a payment method not supported by the Buyer Protection Program or GunBroker. After reviewing the claim and the documents provided, unfortunately the claim is not eligible for processing as PayPal was used for payment. the claim has been closed at this time.

     our response to the customer on 5/24/22

    Please see below for *** claim limitations and restrictions:

    Under the Buyers Protection Program  (the ***** all claims under the *** (*** Claims) are subject to the following limitations, all of which are strictly enforced by GunBroker.com:
    Single Item: *** Claims may only be filed on a single auction or a single purchase transaction.  Where Buyer wishes to file on multiple Items, the Buyer must file a separate *** Claim for each Item.
    Amount:  The *** only compensates Buyers for losses up to a maximum of $500 of amounts paid for a single Item.  Buyer is responsible for the first $100 of any *** Claim, limiting the maximum recovery on any Item to $400.
    Time for Filing:  The time limits described in the *** are strictly enforced.
    Limit on Number of *** Claims:  No Buyer may file more than 3 *** Claims over a rolling period of 6 months.  The 4th claim in that period of 6 months and any subsequent *** Claim during that period will be automatically rejected.  A large number of *** Claims in a short period indicates, at the very least, that the Buyer is not exercising reasonable judgment in bidding.
    Good Standing:  The Buyer must be in good standing with GunBroker.com at the time the claim is filed (meaning, for example, that the Buyers account is active, not suspended).  If the Buyer is not in good standing, the Buyers claim will be automatically rejected.
    Legal Transactions:  The transaction between Buyer and Seller must conform to all federal, state, and local laws, as well as within the rules laid out in the GunBroker.com User Agreement.
    Irregularities in Transaction:  GunBroker.com will deny any claim where there are irregularities in the transaction.  For example, this will include, without limitation, the following situations Either the Buyer or the Seller live outside ******* or its Territories;
     The Item was paid for in cash, Venmo, Zelle, Cash App, PayPal Friends and Family (PPFF) or any person to person cash payment application;
    The Item was paid for by barter or trade;
    The Item was damaged in shipping;
    The Item was lost or damaged by any third party, including but not limited to transporters, shippers, agents, or FFLs;
    The possession of the Item was accepted for Buyer by anyone other than the Buyer. Where the dispute between Buyer and Seller is the result of Buyer changing his or her mind about the purchase of the Item, finding a better price, or suffering Buyers remorse, the *** does not apply;
    The Buyer may not purchase, possess, or receive an Item under applicable federal, state or local law.
