    I was scammed and defrauded by a user on their site, I sent the money to the "seller" after I won the auction and the seller disappeared and did not provide the product. I filled out the police report, gathered all the documentation and then submitted it. It happened to me when I was at my mother's house so I contacted the Orange *********************** for the complaint as they were the jurisdiction of the crime. I gathered all the communication with the seller and submitted it as well as the bank records showing the $623 sent to the seller. I filled out the buyer protection claim, received the document to fill out for the claim and then gunbroker closed my claim without me receiving the claim protection promised. I want my claim to be paid out.

    On 5/23 I purchased a pistol thru Gunbrokers from ******************** in *********, **. The pistol was defective and both the seller and Gunbroker have ignored request for help. Gunbroker advertises they will help with repairs but has ignored repeated requests.Would like some help. *********************

    we have requested documentation on 5/26 from the customer and have not received. the customer can attach to the email from 5/26 or attach the documents and send to [email protected] and reference #*****.

    Once we have received, the documents will be reviewed and provide customer the next steps in the process
