    If you want to waste your time, this is the company for you. I sent an iPad, Apple Smart Keyboard, and a ************* pencil because they offered me the best price for these items. All three of these items were like new because I barely used them. If I knew the trouble I would have to go through just to get payed, I wouldve just kept these items.After I sent them my package, I was told by *** that it was delivered to Decluttr. 2 days later, my account said that they were still waiting for my package. I emailed customer service (theres no phone number) asking about what going on. Conveniently, after they responded, my package magically arrived and was ready for a quality check. Then 4 days go by (business days) and I havent received any updates about my order. I emailed them again and they had the audacity to say that 2 items were missing from my order (keyboard and pencil) which is why it was taking them so long to check my order. This was completely false as I sent all three items in the same package (placed in a white bubble wrap bag that I put inside a box that I got at ***). I emailed them again saying that this was false and magically they found my items and starting to FINALLY process my order. Then about 2 hours later they sent me an email saying that the apple pencil had damage, so they had to knock down the price that they originally quoted me. I was frustrated with this whole process and I didnt want to fight them anymore, so I just accepted the offer that they gave me just so I could get paid. Never do business with this company, unless you want to waste your time and sanity. I wish I could rate 0 stars.

    We are sincerely sorry for any confusion caused by our customer service team. Each item is processed individually, and it appears they had not processed the 2 items when they told you we did not receive them. 

    Unfortunately, the pencil was provided with no charger, which is required, so we could not offer the full price for the item. We are truly sorry if you were not aware the charger was needed for the full offer.

    I sold them my old PS4. Smooth, quick transaction. Constant communication as well. Highly recommend. Two thumbs up!!! Also I'm a first time with them. I will use them in the future for sure!

    I attempted to place an order for an older model Apple Watch as it was for my youngest child and I didn't want to spend a bunch of money on a new Apple Watch. I reached a few times over the course of the TWO weeks waiting for answers. First I was told it was being processed, next I was told I had a tracking number and it would be emailed to me...shocking it never was and for some reason it could not be provided directly in the chat feature. FIRST RED FLAG! After not feeling great about it and just wanting my refund I reached out the next day to advise that I magically did not receive the email I was supposed to receive with the tracking number SECOND RED FLAG! I was told today that I have no tracking number....better yet I have no order! They magically can not find it in the system but instead of taking responsibility they blamed amazon pay. I filed a complaint with both amazon pay and decluttr as well as here! I should have listened to the reviews, but trusted that with amazon pay it was would be a better experience. I was wrong...AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST!

    Do not buy from this company! I placed an order on 11/25 and paid through Amazon pay. I got a confirmation from Decluttr that the order had been placed as well as a confirmation from Amazon that the payment had been made. A week went by and I received no shipment notification. I contacted Decluttr using their email system and got an auto reply that it would be 5 days. So a few days later I figured out how to do an online chat. *****, the rep I chatted with, told me the payment had not been received and I had to call Amazon to get my refund. * asked ***** to open my order and sent my purchase and she refused. She told me the only thing I could do was contact Amazon for my refund. I called Amazon and they told me the payment had gone through but they would work on my behalf to get the refund from Decluttr. So I don't believe Decluttr one bit. They took my money and lied. Thankfully I am protected by Amazon and the credit card but I am wasting my time getting the refund. Zero stars. Scam and fraud!

    We no longer offer Amazon pay as a payment method, therefore unfortunately the order failed and did not load on our system.

    I attempted to place an order for an iPad 4 days ago. The item was in the cart. I went to checkout. I paid, but then the screen hung and kicked me back to the checkout screen. However, I received a notification from my bank that the payment went through.So, I contacted Decluttr support right then, thinking it would be a quick fix.They responded a day later, asking for a screenshot to prove my payment had gone through. I did, immediately.Since then, all I've received was a nemail letting me know they'll look into it.It's been 4 days. They have my money. I have no iPad, nor do I have any evidence that I'm even going to get an iPad.Terrible service.

    I sent a large box of CDs to decluttr. They received my package and it showed being 'reviewed' for over a month. I contacted them to ask when I would receive payment and they stated that since it had been over 28 days, decluttr would not provide me with a payment for my items. It's clear that they received my items but chose not to pay me what I am owed. I would not ship your items to decluttr, just DONATE them LOCALLY instead. It will save you the time of inputting the info and carefully packing and mailing your goods. It was a bad experience for me.

    I ordered a dvd set and a cd from them. I received the dvd set but not the cd. I contacted customer service and after all was said and done, I sent them a screenshot of the email showing my complete order and order number for proof. That was not enough. I sent them a picture of my bank statement showing the transaction and that was not enough. I have had at least 10 emails sent back and forth over the last month regarding this transaction and they still are saying they don't have enough information. They only owe me a little over $4 refund. I will never order from them again.

    I sent my sons ******** Switch, games and some books in (order #*******). They quoted us $308. It has been marked in their system as received and being reviewed for 2 months. I have been trying endlessly to contact them via email with no response. The phone number always has a busy signal and the chat is just a robo rep with no resolution or update. I have sold to Decluttr in the past with no problem. This is very upsetting. Definitely a scam!

    How do I give this company 0 stars? As with the previous complaints, I have mailed my Apple Watch to them expecting the $181 that was quoted to me. The watch was shown as delivered over a month ago, the website shows as being delivered. I have contacted them (only option is via email) and have had 2 people get back to me, one stating the payment would be deposited to my account the next business day and the other person said they are sorry there was an error in the system and that they would mail me a check. To date I have received nothing from them. Customer service is awful. This appears to be a fake company.

    I used Decluttr for the first time last week. I was given a quote, received a prepaid *** shipping label, and shipped my iPad as instructed. I received an email as soon as my product was received, and another email once my payment was approved. I received notice of a deposit into my checking account from my bank today. I was very pleased with this experience!
