    I had a repair needed to the suspension of my 5th wheel while traveling in ******, thousands of miles from home. Took the coach into a licensed shop and to do the repair. I had to stay at a hotel, at my cost, while the repair was being done. Repair shop submitted estimate and was told it was approved. The repair shop told us we needed to pay the $915 U.S. and then collect from the warranty company per their policy. The next day we picked up the coach, signed the final bill and sent it to the claims department at ***. We then got back on the road. The next day we received a text saying the claim was denied! The explanation was very vague. I tried calling for several days, was not able to get through and left messages and email with no response. When I threatened to call the ** *********************** an adjuster called and gave some lame reason for not covering the repair and offered to pay for the $25 parts. I finally just cancelled the policy (which was only 1 year old). The ******************** stated that the refund must be issued within 30 days. 37 days later I called and threatened to file a complaint with the ******* of Insurance and they immediately sent me an email with the refund check. I don't know who is giving these people great reviews, probably not real customers!

    Were sorry to hear about your experience. The claim was reviewed thoroughly and involved physical and structural damage caused by road conditionsrepairs that are not covered under any extended warranty, including ours. While we understand the frustration, all decisions are made in line with the terms of the contract. We appreciate your past business and wish you safe travels ahead.
