    I looked at multiple warranties and this was the best solution to cover my coach and for a longer period of time. There was no pressure to purchase the warranty what so ever. The quotes are very easy to understand and are easily updated with the correct information. ***** was a big help in getting me the best deal and knowledgeable to help me understand everything the warranty covers.

    ***** is a perfect gentleman. I loved the quote, the warranty coverage and price. Would have loved a5 year payment plan.Hope I never need it. I would imagine others are as quality as ***** if I ever do.

    We have had a couple of claims in the past few months. They worked with our technician and made sure everything was taken care of. The process has been stress free and they are easy to work with. We would suggest them for an RV warranty.

    I recently had my first claim. They contacted the repair facility and approved the repair. When I went to pick up my coach, I was informed I had to pay the freight charges for the parts required to repair my coach. I paid the bill and picked up my coach. I emailed my representative with a complaint about the freight charge who forwarded the email to a manager. He stated I was informed I would have to pay freight for parts in the emails and sample policy prior to purchasing the policy. I went back to the quote emails and sample policy I was sent prior to purchasing the warranty. The front page was blanketed in covered items and good things. "Exclusions" is also listed on that page. Once I clicked onto the exclusions, it directed me to a second page, which I read originally, but apparently missed freight as an exclusion. I found a listing on the second page with one word added for "freight" at the very end of a sentence. This was such a small reference to .a very large part of the whole. They are correct in stating freight was listed as excluded. It is unfortunate this particular exclusion that affects virtually every repair cost is not listed and shown with the same visibility on the front page as the attractive $100.00 deductible and all the components listed as covered. The other items listed as excluded do not have the same potential as freight. Every part has to be shipped at one time or another. Perhaps it would have been easier to understand the coverages and exclusions if "plus freight" was listed on the front page, not the back page at the end of a sentence. I guess this is a ****** learned.
