    I want to report this shady inquiry that has populated on my credit report. Years ago I paid off my medical bill in payments. Yet US Acute kept billing me for the same total. They even send me to debt collectors while they still kept billing me. Now it seems that Capio Partners received it and has appeared on my credit report with an open account since 01/29/2024 for an amount of $985. I never heard from them despite it starting 4 months ago. I only found out because I randomly checked my credit report today and noticed it drastically decreased. What makes it more ridiculous is that Im still randomly get harassed by US Acute for the same bill. Therefore, with more reason this is such a scam. Im simply tired of this so please help me finally put an end to this issue.

    An investigation shows that the account forming the basis of this complaint was placed with Capio on or about January 29, 2025. The information provided indicated that the account is Ms. ********** responsibility.  Ms. ********* states she paid this to US ******************** directly, however research indicates this balance is still due and owed. Ms.  ********* asserts that the account credit reported prior to communication, however, records indicate the initial notice was mailed to her on February 3, 2025, to the same address provided in this complaint. No return mail has been received.

    Capio apologizes for any inconvenience their efforts may have caused but believes they were in compliance with applicable state and federal laws.  However, in light of Ms. ********** complaint this account has been closed, credit reporting agencies notified to delete any relevant trade lines and Capio will make no further attempts to contact her regarding this account.

    CAPIO PARTNERS is harassing me over a debt that i have not entered with them i have not signed any legal documentation to enter into a loan or credit of any kind with this business i worded it as such because of advice given to me by a legal consult for professionalism. But if there are a lot of similarly worded complaints that says mountains about the business

    Investigation into this matter shows that the account forming the basis of this complaint was placed on or about June 22, 2024. The information provided indicated that the account is Mr. ***** responsibility. Accordingly, Capio believed the account to be due and owing.  Prior to this complaint, Capio has not received notice of a dispute from *** ****.  Medical service providers routinely invoice for services through multiple accounts, quite often causing confusion to their consumers.  Mr. **** asserts that this account is on his credit report twice, however there are two separate accounts coincidentally with the same balance. The dates of service are January 20, 2022, and December 12, 2023, The credit reporting agency received disputes on October 4, 2024, and April 14, 2025, and were answered October 7, 2024, and April 15, 2025, as account information accurate.

    Capio apologizes for any inconvenience its efforts may have caused, but believes they were in compliance with applicable state and federal laws.  However, in light of Mr. ***** complaint these accounts have been closed, credit reporting agencies notified to delete any relevant trade lines and Capio will make no further attempts to contact her regarding these accounts.

    I am filing this complaint on my own behalf. I have done my own **** research as well and confided in others that have been in my position. I dont owe Capio Partners money I requested a copy of the original contract and they never responded yet they continue to call me on a daily basis. Id like to have this matter taken serious!     Hi, I have been getting random phone calls from various different phone numbers listed as Capio Partners. I do not know who these people are or why they continue to call me. I do not *** any money to any company. When I attempt to pick up the phone, it leads to the phone being hung up or just hear silence. This is predatory and feel that this company has my phone number in some sort of list. Please advice as to what can be done to remove me from any future scam calls. Thank you.
