***** was very polite and nice when he came to our home yesterday. ***** came to fix the L-trim around our windows that were bowing out and warped. He placed some adhesive behind the L-trim and re-caulked. While doing the repair he noticed we had a cracked frame on one of the windows and sent the info in to the company for us. We are waiting on a reply to see when it will be replaced and fixed.

Excellent service. You get what you pay for and these folks are happy to ensure your satisfied. Had an issue on two window frames and Renewal was quick to schedule a call, send someone out and fixed in 30 minutes by ******. He explained everything in detail and was early.
